The service was good, and the food was excellent. The first time, we ordered ahead using their app, and the food was ready when we arrived. On the second night, we didn't want to leave our hotel room, so we ordered our food to be delivered to our hotel room. They make a very special Christmas peppermint shake, seasonally, which was not on the normal delivery menu. I called and spoke with Dave, the night manager, and explained the situation. He promised that he would personally look out for our Online order, and switch our vanilla shakes to that special holiday shake. I also liked that I was able to follow the progress of our food delivery, on the app, each step of the way. It actually was at my hotel door in only 15 minutes. Also, they allow you unlimited toppings on your hamburgers.
