Cane's puts out consistently quality chicken fingers, so I have no problem venturing a few miles off the interstate to get me some Cane's, along with their world-famous dipping sauce. This location is one is the last as you head east on I-10 (the one in Mobile, AL is farther off I-10). I ordered via the app, which saves time and personal interaction. I was bummed to see that Covid still has their dining room closed, especially since the NOLA locations have opened up. No outside tables here, either. I waited inside the door for a few minutes while they prepared my order and brought it to the mobile order pick up spot, then had a damned good chicken finger tailgate picnic. read more

Two stars because this review is about the cashier. We ordered a box combo and a kids combo. The cashier asked us what drink did we want with the kids combo and we said, we'd like milk please. She said they're out of that. Then we asked if apple juice was available. She said she was out of that too. So we decided to have no drink for the kids combo since there wasn't a lot of options. When we pulled up to the cashier to pay, we told her we changed our mind and would like just water for the kid's meal. She said they were out of water too. REALLY. Out of water? This kind of made me upset because 1. We know she's lying. 2. Poor customer service because it just seems to me that she doesn't really like her job since she didn't even try to ask anybody (her coworkers) if they had anything else in stock. And if she did, she could have told us more options for drinks. The chicken tenders were good so 1 star for that. The parking lot was full and the drive through line was really long so I went in to order. For a fast food place it's a five star experience. I walked in and was immediately met by a friendly "Hello, what can I get started for you?" They offer a few combo plates of chicken, fries, bread in the form of Texas Toast & cole slaw all served with their signature sauce. All of which seemed reasonably priced. The place was very clean with someone wiping tables and cleaning up the entire time I was there. The food was very good. I ate most of it before remembering to take a photo for Yelp! Its like KFC but its all about the chicken fingers! I've been here twice now and so far I like this place. This place offers 4 different combo meals, so far I've ordered their Box combo meals which includes 4 chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw, Cane's sauce, texas toast and a drink. The fries and coleslaw I think are not that good. Cane's also offers a tailgate box which contains anywhere from 25 chicken fingers and up to 100 chicken fingers. read more

I really enjoy the food and everything! It's just when you wait in line and people like to cut you off and almost cause an accident to happen it's just not Worth it definitely not when they aren't even coming in the right way to get in line I honestly feel like they should set up their drive-through like Chick-fil-A drive-through way more safety precautions taken. I've been to this location multiple times now and have been pleased each time. I always get the box combo. Everytime I come, the staff is friendly, the food is fresh, and the service is fast. The chicken strips are always crisp right out of the fryer and the bread is always perfect. Wish the slaw recipe had a little more liquid to it, but I'll survive. My only reason for a four is that I have had better chicken and fries. However... it's the cleanest fast food I have ever seen. Especially for being built in 2011. (Yes I asked.) Polite service.
