EXTREMELY rude and hostile staff. All 3 of them, for absolutely no reason. They were rude to two other guests in the drive thru as I was ordering and they pulled off without completing an order. The order taker was rude, the manager was rude, and the front desk cashier was extremely rude and hostile yelling through the window because I asked for sweet and sour sauce. I will be a filing a grievance with the BBB and also contacted a negative corporate for this location. I hope the owner of this location can find competent, less hostile, less rude staff. I'm disappointed. The 2 stars are for what they were able to get right. The manager taking the order was very good, clear speaking and was polite. We moved quickly through the the process to have an incorrect order be handed to us by a young man who was incapable of uttering a greeting or thank you. The order was simple a $5 chicken sand bag and a crispy spicy chicken sandwich, which was missing. In I go to be ignored by another rude employee who basically threw the missing sandwich in the bag and shoved it to me... I said , thank you and your welcome to my self. If I could rate this a 0 I would. This is one of the only 3 places to get something near by and run my some lousy people. For months my partner and I would visit and eat inside and their women's bathroom was ALWAYS destroyed. Toilet paper everywhere, feces cakes and fries on the toilets inside the bowl and outside, I have never been in a more disgusting bathroom, I stopped eating in for that reason not to mention the dead flys scattered all over the tables and windows. They are constantly forgetting things in mine and my parents order if we go to the drive through. Today I ordered a sausage McGriddle and they didn't give me the bottom bun. How in the WORLD do you F^^k up a sandwich? Bread, sausage bread. That's literally it. I hate to be that person but When I find the time im writing to corporate, this location needs new management and an entire new team of employees. It's also worth mentioning one night while I was there with my partner it took so long for someone to come to the register we watched a customer yell "hello??" For somebody to come up and take their order, they waited until they got frustrated and literally walked behind the counter and through the kitchen just to find the employees, come to find out they was all huddled up in a circle out back smoking. read more

This McDonald's was one of the worst ones I've ever been to. We almost slipped on the floor when we walked in due to the grease in multiple spots including the bathroom?!? There was no one up front so we ordered on the screen. The receipt didn't print and there were no table stands so we just waited. We got our food and were told our pies were still being cooked. We were half way through our meal when we had to go up the counter to remind them of our drinks. The guy at the fryer turned around to ignore my husband and the other two people working were on their phones. Finally got drinks and had to get a new sprite as it was carbonation and not the syrup. Finally we got the pies as we were about to leave. Multiple people came in after us and only the last group were waited on at the front counter after a decent wait. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. read more

I don't know why everybody's hating on Mcdonalds because what do you expect from a cheap place? They do not get paid enough for what they do and they have stressful days and customers are very annoying with their orders and they can get tired of it. Worst McDonalds ever. We sat in line for so long that I had to get out and walk up to the window to find out what the issue was. They said their smoothie machine was broken. We had ordered just one cheeseburger (and fries) asking for it to be cut in half. Not only was it not cut in half but upon opening the wrapper, there was ketchup everywhere (even on the outside which got all over my leg). The bun was soggy and wet because there was so much ketchup on it. The cheese was barely on half of the burger, the pickles were hanging off the bun and there was about a tablespoon of onions. Give me a break McDonalds. How hard is it to make a single cheeseburger? Also glad I asked for salt because the fries weren't salted. I ended up not eating the burger because it was so sick, nor the fries. Ruined my appetite. Had we not been on our way somewhere, and had eaten there, I'd have thrown that burger right back behind the counter. Corporate needs to send their training team down to this location in a major way. read more

This is the closest McDonald's to my home and every time I visit this location I ask for my food to be fresh and it never is with the exception of the fries. Once I asked for a fish sandwich fried fresh and they re-dipped it in the oil. This last time, I asked for a chicken sandwich cooked fresh and it was not. It was not cold enough for me to send it back and wait an additional 10 minutes so I dealt with it. However, if someone ask for their food to be fresh, that's what it should be because by the time I get home to eat it, it's old and cold. I gave 2 stars because the crew members at the windows were very nice and my fries was fresh. read more

I'm not going to make this a bash session. Aside from being "just" a McDonalds it is a convenient location for Bayou La Batre, AND it's the ONLY other fast food place. The food was typical, but the service time was amazingly slow! If I hadn't had already paid I would have driven off. read more

The workers at this McDonald's are overall pleasant. The only thing about this McDonald's that is just absolutely vile and disgusting is not necessarily how clean the restaurant is,it's the fact that they almost never can make me a frappe and then usually when I ask for the frappe and they tell me they can't I'll name of my next favorites and I'll go down the list and they say I can't do that I can't do that either and I get so frustrated so I'll have to just go with the iced coffee.
