The food did take a little longer than a fast-food spot, but that's because it's made fresh, and you can taste the difference. Prices are on the higher side, about $10 for just a cheeseburger and $4 for a small French fry... but the small is basically a medium because they load extra fries in the bottom of the bag. Overall, a great place for a good meal in a clean, comfortable setting. Definitely worth coming back!

The fries are good and plentiful and always seasoned. Sometimes I get an apple pie side and it has always been warm and crispy. My go-to is the Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger, and my second favorite (when they have it) is the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Their breakfast taquitos are also great and at least 2-3x bigger than the burritos at McDonald's. The problem with this location is the service. It is notoriously slow, like completely unacceptable for a drive-thru location. I regularly spend a solid 30 minutes waiting in line here. They have two windows, but the second is never open, which tells me they are perpetually understaffed here. More than one occasion, I have spent nearly an hour waiting in the drive thru line because you get trapped inside the loop. The entrance forces you into a narrow curving lane beside a fence, and you simply can't get out if there are cars in front of and behind you. Otherwise, they'd probably have more people drive off because they are tired of waiting. I don't know what is going on here, but it has been that way for years. The food is so good that I've just accepted it won't be fast, and on the rare occasion that I roll through the line like most any other drive thru, I feel like buying a lottery ticket on the way home. The fries were well seasoned without being salty and the cane's sauce is just the dipping sauce needed to take the tenders over the top. There's one slated to open up soon in my hometown and I can't wait! It's a cool restaurant with good food at good prices. While we have other chicken finger places, none are quite as good as Raising Canes. I just hope that they don't start slimming their fingers down like the other restaurants did over time and they keep the good customer service. We saw this little BBQ smoker cooking and smelled the food. We walked up to ask what he was selling. I forget the gentlemens name. But he gave us his list of smoked foods he made. He made smoked macaroni and cheese which I never heard of. My favorite was his BBQ ribs and potato salad. He also made a smoke burger which was good but his BBQ ribs were fall off the bone awesome. Price was also pretty good. I would come back again if I lived in the area.
