I flew in from the west coast just for the install and the morning of install at 8:45am they emailed me that they needed to push out the install out multiple days. This was not acceptable as we had guests coming and I was only in town for the day. They kept saying they would try and get out that day, but a few hours later they informed me I needed a permit prior to install which was not mentioned up until that point. That put the brakes on the project of course. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company especially if you are trying to get a project done at a specific time.

The worst pool repair company in Central Florida! We hired them to resurface a pool and it was a…read moredisaster. They showed up to work only on the weekends, with minimal supervision from the project manager. Our contract stipulated replacement of waterline tile, as well as regrouting of the perimeter coping. They replaced the tile, replastered the pool, filled it up and forgot to re-grout the coping. After several complaints, they returned reluctantly to regrout the coping and then dropped a bunch of grout into the newly replastered and refilled pool, which took forever to clean up. The contract also specified repairing any leaking areas, and a few months later the pool started leaking again! We called and texted them for a couple of months and they kept stalling saying they were sending a leak detection expert. Finally, we hired our own expert, who detected and fixed the leak (caused by improper waterline tile installation near the skimmer opening) within a week. I contacted their project manager about reimbursement for the repair, but he refused to honor their warranty, saying it was voided because I hired my own leak detector/fixer! The owner, Jason, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive throughout the entire situation. Looking back, I should have trusted the negative reviews I saw before booking with them instead of brushing them off. One of their pool technicians came out on Monday to inspect our filter. According to Jason, the filter was inspected but not cleaned or serviced. He also stated that at the time of inspection, there were no signs of leaking or damage after the technician left. The very next day, we noticed a leak coming from the filter area. When we contacted Jason about it, instead of taking any accountability or even considering that something may have happened during the visit, he immediately claimed the unit was "old and broken" and needed to be completely replaced for $1,700. How does that make any sense? One day the filter supposedly shows no signs of leaking or damage, and immediately after their technician visits, it suddenly becomes "broken" and needs a costly replacement? Jason completely disregarded the obvious concern that something may have happened during or after the inspection. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect from the owner alone is enough for me to never use this company again. I would strongly recommend others do their research and proceed with caution before hiring Blissful Waters Pool Company.

Living in such a hot climate, I am well familiar with the weekly need to add water to our pool. Even before I had engaged Blissful Waters, Jason suggested that I get a hose bib timer so that his team can take care of adding water each week.
