Last time i came here there were two large peices of mushroom in my pancakes, and today there was spinach in them aswell. I can tell that they are trying, and put effort into there cooking. The 3 egg omelette had a blend of broccoli, tomato, mushroom. onion, green pepper, ham, bacon, sausage and cheese (chose pepper jack), a well made tasty omelette. The homefries were lightly fried fresh cut potatoes and seasoned well. The standard raisin toast was buttered. I finished the entire plate of food. The check with Clover QR code was presented which was $16.04 with tax and before tip. Overall, a solid good breakfast and friendly service. The 2nd plate comes to me pancakes are ok, but I discovered too late my eggs were way undercooked with clear egg whites running through the plate. I ate the second plate with the raw egg whites and now feel sick from it. The waitresses apologized, but no comp was offered. I should've left after the first plate I returned. I still left a proper tip because it wasn't the server's fault that the cooks don't know how to make a simple breakfast. I won't be back.

We both ordered the Brazilian cheese bread sandwich, not because of the GF, but because we loved the little cheese bread balls that we had while visiting friends in Brazil. I ordered with the hash browns, which turned out to be REAL potato made here, not a Mc-patty pulled from the freezer. Great seasoning and perfectly cooked. The sandwich had a little spinach, well cooked egg (not too runny, but maybe a hint more than needed), and smoky bacon on a split cheese bread "roll." It was super hot when served; I finished almost all of my potato before I could eat it - no complaints on temperature. The flavor was really good - and unique. My only concerns were that the bacon was "tough" so that a bite tended to pull out the whole strip. It wasn't bad, but maybe a crispy bacon would bite more cleanly. The other issue, and really the only significant one, was the density of the cheese bread. I expected something similar to the cheese bread balls, which have a texture similar to a good Italian bread (not the squishy supermarket kind). This was almost solid. We've made the cheese bread balls at home, with good success, so I'll try the different shape - maybe for burgers! - and see if it's a challenge. I'll come back to explain if the experiment to make fluffier buns is not successful. Meanwhile, the place filled up and some of the other menu items looked really good. We're very likely to go back for a lunch.
