I never realized how large this location is or how much selection they have! The Holly Jolly event is a must-see/must-so during the hoiday season. It's like a literal playground for kids. Great outdoor patio area. Well-appointed wines in just about every style and flavor you can think of.

What a colorful and inviting atmosphere for the Drag Broadway Sing Along

We loved our experience at Wanderlust. We attended the Drag Brunch and had a blast. Loved the broadway musical slant. I knew almost all the songs. There wasn't a bad seat in the house. It was super cold with the air conditioning so be prepared. The highlight was certainly the music. Staff were friendly.

We absolutely LOVED drag brunch at Wanderlust! We got the VIP package which included 2 drinks and a Jell-O shot each. It wasn't too busy so service was fast and the drinks were great. The show itself was a blast. Since I live in Chicago, I see drag shows all the time and take for granted how accepted it is as an art form. I loved that the performers took a moment to remind us that in most other places in Texas, they wouldn't be allowed to perform. Loved their empowering speeches and general strength to keep doing what they love. Also the food truck outside had limited options (only pork and beef) but the food was FIREEEE.

Had a fun time here for the Saturday 2000-2010 bingo!! Can't go wrong with the best songs of the century, bingo, and wine. The bingo host was also fun and energetic. Wine was about $2 per ounce and there is a large selection to choose from on tap. A few groups there also played bingo for their bachelorette/bachelor party. There was some curb street parking but I didn't see a parking lot.

This rating is strictly for the Sunday Drag Brunch which imho is one of the best two in the city and #1 in setting and ambiance! I wasn't a huge fan of the wines themselves, but the bubblies and margaritas were delightful and the queens were all top notch. Service was a four out of five that day (they almost forgot our VIP Jell-O shots...shame!) but overall, it was a tremendous time and we'd gladly go again (and again and again).

First time going to Wanderlust and OH MY GOSH why have I not been here sooner?? What an incredible space for events or just to hang out. They have 2 areas: a smaller intimate bar area and then a much larger wine room. Came here for Tuesday night trivia (it was Y2KIKI themed: queer trivia from the 2000's). WHAT A GREAT TIME! Went with a group of my girl friends for an after work activity. The host was amazing, so many people dressed for the theme, and we had so much fun!! The story on the wines is that you get a card at the beginning, then you're allowed to go up to any wines on tap and pour your own (by selecting the amount and wine of choice). They also had wine frozen drinks and wine jello shots! Great time, great vibe, perfect for a group or just to go hang. Will be back (for Thursday karaoke, of course)

it's always a fun time at wanderlust!! I absolutely LOVE it here. From their delicious wine, drinks, hello shots to their super fun events, you're guaranteed a good time. I have come to a variety of their events like their happy hours, the Yelp elite events, drag brunches and recently I got to experience their 2000s Musical Bingo! By far my FAVORITE event. I got to vibe with my besties and listen to some music! Their selection of wines is CRAZY!! so much to choose from but also don't sleep on their frozen cocktails! i had a mix of their watermelon and lime frozen rita, 5 too many hahaha!! The host for the 2000s bingo was so nice and his energy was amazing!!! The people ay wanderlust are so sweet and I love the vibes in here. can't wait to come to enjoy some more free events!

Wanderlust has a great vibe. It's pretty spacious! One area had a/c and the other section didn't which is were you actually serve yourself 1,2 or 3 oz pours. I was alittle confused starting out but got the hang of it quickly! We arrived during happy hour 3-6pm 30% off. The place had a nice crowd and at 4pm we started playing musical bingo. It was a good time with everyone singing along with the tunes! My son actually won a swag bag with a $5 gift card. I'd return during the week with Thursday karaoke and half off drinks. I will say the frozen drinks were very strong. I didn't find a wine I liked but will come back and taste my way thru other choices. Parking is off the street. Thanks for a good vibe!

I was in town visiting friends and I'm so glad they live near Wanderlust, because it was a perfect way to spend my first night in Texas! I was glad they had been there before, so they were able to explain to me how you get a card and that's how you pay and scan for each glass (though I'm sure it would've been well explained by staff if all of us were there for the first time.) There were SO many options and I loved how you could switch the size of the pour each time. I probably had 2-3 glasses and tried to mix it up. The space was huge and kind of gave a warehouse vibe in the back. There was also a smaller area in the front with karaoke and a food truck outside in the back where there were also a few tables. We stayed for a few hours drinking, catching up, playing games, and signing karaoke. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a fun, slightly more laid back night out!

I have been to this location back when it was Infinite Monkey Winery. I was sad they closed due to the 'Rona. Anyway, I am glad it is up back and running as Wanderlust. Upon entering you can grab a glass of mead from the bar area or head into the winery to pay by the pour with your card. They have tons of wines to choose from to include sangrias. There are picnic tables inside and a small courtyard near the food trucks if you want to hang out outdoors. They have a few food trucks on-site that will be opening soon. One of them was kind enough to pass out bread samples. I am gluten-free but my husband indulged in some delicious bread which he said was AMAZING. Overall this is a cool little area with more to come to include a coffee place, brewery, and restaurant. I will be back for sure because the location is chill and the wine was good.

So much space, vibrant space with amazing murals, tons of wine and games to play! I thought it was kind of strange that we went on a Wednesday which was 50% off "Wine Wednesdays" and it was very much empty. It is a unique experience to try all types of wine on draft (talk about quickly getting drunk doing this) but honestly I was not impressed. The white blends from France fell flat and it was still kind of expensive to pour. I paid $25 for a glass and half. Thankfully we went to Bufalina before and pre gamed with wine and pizza. I gave this spot a 4 because of the incredible art, this place is a cool vibe but just disappointed on the price point and selection of wines.

I felt the vibe instantly, like as soon as I put one foot in the door. Magical, sophisticated, worldly, wonderful and more were the feelings that spontaneously hit me. The dark and elegant decor, lighting, design, & layout made me feel as though I were in a high-end Tokyo cocktail lounge. The front room as I mentioned is an intimate bar and lounge area with artwork adorning the walls. It's a modern, minimalist, and sleek space. The artwork is ever-changing (every couple of months or so) and the cocktail menu changes right long with it. Note: artwork is available for purchase. What an absolutely glorious way of combining different mediums (liquid art vs physical art). The craft cocktails & mocktails are the epitome of works of art. I've had great cocktails and mocktails elsewhere but honestly I'd be hard pressed to find anything on this level. You're taken into an entirely different realm just watching the genius of mixologists. It's mesmerizing watching them hone their craft. In the back of the lounge is an enclave of eclectic art and other pieces that then leads you to Konbini, the sushi bar. It's an industrial, warehouse vibe with a long counter that screams hip, Tokyo inspired, late-night eatery. Service is impeccable and welcoming at this cosmopolitan venue. It's truly an amazing experience.

Only food I tried was the Tofu Chip which was delicious as well. Also got the Milky drink and it went down just as smoothly. All in all great place, just popped in for my second time in the past three days. The vibe was chill and laid back. Dim lighting and good music.

THE BLACK AND WHITE: I came here to catch up with a buddy that enjoys wine as much as I do. Starting off, we got a glass of Aubry brut 1er cru glass. Nice, acidic, and bubbly. What I expect out of champagne. We got a philippe jouan (aka pinot noir) bottle which was so delicious. For food, we got the baguette and a egg confit dish that was divine. Then wrapping up, we got a single glass of produttori del barbaresco and capellano barolo. These were super old wines from the 80s and boy were they screaming tertiary notes. Awesome experience. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall, we spent around $270 for a bottle of pinot noir, two glasses of really old wine and a sneak peek bite of their tasting menu. Will be back to try more wines and food.

The restaurant is small, but has a ton of character! I highly recommend getting a reservation. The Scarlett crab was soo good and added the perfect amount of saltiness and sweetness to the comforting soup! For our mains, we got the duck which had a delicious hoisin sauce. While I enjoyed the bok choy I felt it could have a better accompaniment. We also got the salmon which had a smaller portion, but was unique in its taste and execution. Overall, I would definitely recommend this spot, but do be aware that the menu is small when ordering ala carte but each item is executed thoroughly well!
