The service was fantastic, the drinks were on point, and the food was incredible. We tried a little bit of everything: alligator, crawfish, pork chop, voodoo chicken, sandwiches, gumbo, and dessert--and every single dish delivered. The cocktails were consistently excellent across the board as well. Overall, we had a really great experience and couldn't have been happier. We'll definitely be back on our next visit--especially to finally try the surf and turf. Thanks, Nola's!

The shrimp were tiny and the sandwich was covered with a sauce I didn't like. It should have occurred to me that the fried green tomatoes might also be Cajun. We don't like Cajun but thought the sandwiches might not have all the Cajun seasoning. We should have asked. Another lady at the table got the same thing and she didn't like hers, either. She did ask for ranch dressing for the fried green tomatoes. I followed suite. It did make the tomato's easier to eat but they still were not good. We only got 3 slices each and didn't finish them. I left almost all of my sandwich. I broke off a piece of the bread hoping it might be a good rich bread that I could nibble on. No luck. My husband ordered crawfish étouffée. He said it wasn't warm and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp too long. It was also salty and he has to watch his sodium. He left nearly all of it. One couple ordered voodoo chicken and smashed potatoes. They liked it and ate it all. One person got a chicken sandwich that he said was good. The 2 children got hamburgers and Mac and cheese. They loved the Mac and cheese but barely ate any of the burgers. Their grandmother took a bite of one of the burgers and said it was good. She took the burgers home for the kids. They put the gratuity on the check without telling us. My husband was about to add a gratuity but his sister noticed it was already added and stopped him. They charged us to use a credit card. That alone is enough to keep me from going back. The ambiance was New Orleans decor and pleasant.

As soon as you walk in, your greeted enthusiastically and encouraged to come on in! Coming in the door and you feel welcomed. We had chicken fried steak and eggs, and pan fried steak and eggs. Eggs were perfectly cooked and beautiful, pan fried steak was a large cube steak, chicken fried steak was absolutely beautiful. I asked twice but wife wouldn't share, no so personal review! We got here at the end of breakfast so the buffet line was set . Breakfast cooked to order. Starting at 10:30 people started coming in. Then come more people. Then more people, then more people. A testament to the food, service and the friendliness of the staff!! It is a nice clean restaurant, a little noisy, but it's a fun, feel-good friendly noise. Food on the buffet is beautiful. Well it's time to stop this glowing commentary -- the place is filling up. Come on down. If you are near Tulsa. You are lucky!!

I walked in and the patrons as well as the people working were very friendly, you can tell it's a good place with lots of regulars. I let the woman at the front know I was ordering a Too good to go order and she went and grabbed it for me. In my surprise plate was a roll, chicken pot pie, baked beans and fried okra. Everything was tasted and I especially loved the baked beans, they have a taste that just reminds you of home. This is a good place with good people, definitely will return.

For my starter I ordered "Our Nice Little Salad" this beauty was crisp, fresh, and had tomatoes that popped in your mouth and bursted with flavor. The in-house croutons had that perfect buttery crunch, spiced pecans added a unique boldness and the homemade ranch was thick and creamy. I will say I had to ask three times for ranch. I just kept waiting. For our main courses we had the bone-in pork chop. Thick, juicy, and properly rested paired with red mashed potatoes.... Which were very good. The seasonal corn - was gone so quick! It was just so delicious. Ate that right up!! The shrimp scampi leaned heavily into garlic and butter in the best possible way. Shrimp were big, tender and juicy. Unfortunately my rotisserie chicken.... was very dry. I kept choking because of that. I was unable to eat it, that was disappointing. As far as atmosphere... very warm lighting, intimate feels, candle lit, steady energy, attentive staff. The dining room hums with laughter and happy customers... but without overtaking the conversation at our table. The volume was comfortable considering it was a full house.
