The real treat however was the Salted Caramel Bar as just after one bite, I was a full convert to becoming their fan right there and then. Not only is it huge, but there is plenty of very sweet and amazing caramel inside which oozes out as you eat through it. After discovering my new love interest in the brownie, I stood up to go meet the owner of the bakery. She shared that she and her sister had started this place and it was still relatively new. I complimented them for their artistry and asked them to be on Yelp, as that is the only place I get my recommendations. The first time we visited, we had been painting our new house all day and just needed to grab some food. When we walked in, two waitresses were sweeping the floor--I didn't realize they were close to closing. Despite that, they warmly welcomed us and I explained my allergy. They were incredibly accommodating, even checking with the chef to ensure my meal would be safe. Every time we visit, they take such great care. They remember my allergy and have even alerted other waitstaff about it. Their genuine concern and attentiveness make every visit to Knepper's a pleasure. We truly enjoy dining here!
