I had a horrible experience with Nairi. Don't be fooled about her confidence. I provided her pictures of everything I wanted, but she refused to keep them in her file. That should have been a red flag for me. Her prices are not cheaper compared to other florists. I don't know why I ended up giving her this most important job in my life. Nairi is very confident about her work, she reassured me that she will do the best job, as if this wedding was her daughter's wedding. But she ruined my daughter's bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, the lapel flowers and the flower arrangement where the bride and groom shoes were going to be displayed. I was on my way to the hotel when my daughter called crying and telling me about how ugly her bouquet looked. They pined the ribbons and a brooch on the flower stems. I have never seen anything like this. They could have used a simple glue gun to glue the ends of the ribbons and the brooch. The flowers on the jupa were very ugly. I brought her pictures of couple of different jupas and she assured me she will do a better job, but her work proved to me that she has never done a jupa in the past and she is not capable of clean work. She was stingy for not using enough ribbon to cover the stems of the bouquets. I even called her a week before and sent pictures of another wedding and asked her not to show the stems of the bouquets. The glass candle holders that were in the ceremony area on a lawn were dirty. She was late setting up the jupa, my guests were watching her setting up the ceremony area. She promised she will fix my daughter's bouquet, but she did not. I am trying to contain my frustration while I am writing this experience. I will never go back to her even for a simple arrangements. Only the centerpieces were pretty and the greenery on the chandeliers. read more

I had the worst experience at Walters flowers. After scheduling with them personally to have my flowers delivered to the funeral i was attending, they failed to deliver my flowers. After several calls to get status updates, we were notified that the flowers had been delivered. The flowers never got delivered to the funeral. I am happy to say I liked this place mainly due to "human" customer service. Purchased a dozen red roses for Valentine's day and requested to have the bottom of the wrapping trimmed. The bouquet came back with trimmed rose stems and looked pretty good to be honest but Vehans (employee) insisted to redo the bouquet. Got 12 new roses redid the entire thing, apologized for misunderstanding (which was not a big deal at all) and that was it.
