His estimate was extremely reasonable. As a side note the other companies we called either charged for estimates or were only interested in telling me I shouldn't choose wood for my fence (without seeing my yard and the fact that it's already half fenced in with wood). The one other guy that came out didn't ask any questions or really talk to me, he just measured. Anyway back to Imperial Fence- Freddie showed up when he said he would and was very communicative in between. From the time I said I wanted a fence to the fence being completed was literally one week. Amazing. Freddie and his nephew got the job done quickly and efficiently and even helped clear some of the brush. The work is guaranteed for 3 years. I kept asking about the quality of the material and was told the material is great. Driveway and berm were installed a year ago. Now I am having all kinds of problems with the work. The driveway is wavy and is not consistent throughout. Edges are jagged and pieces are missing There was a small crack at the end of the driveway. The asphalt near the road is all gray and pieces of asphalt gone. The berm is pitted and has cracks in it. I had a problem where a truck caused damage to the berm, I called and asked for help and no one called me. Now I have texted them pictures and my concerns about just how long this driveway will last. I have only put a dent in the loan I took out to pay for all of this. I am now getting stonewalled again, there was no guarantee of the work. Honestly, because I am a senior citizen woman I feel I was taken advantage of.

After several months and not getting anywhere I am forced to write this. There are several issues, but I will just highlight the main ones here: 1) Puddling in the driveway post their work. We never had puddles before. We now have very large puddles, even after a light rain (see exhibit A); 2) I am not sure about the quality of their asphalt; I don't think I have ever seen plants push up through newly poured asphalt; maybe if there were crack but a brand new driveway (see exhibit B); 3) They actually paved around a stump, which I alerted them to the fact shortly after they finished paving but to no avail. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company.
