Bill and Brandon created a shoddy cedar driveway gate that fell down within 7 weeks. They were unresponsive for 8 weeks despite many calls and emails. when they did make a feeble attempt to fix it, it became more damaged - inoperable and ugly within 2 months. It pains me to leave a bad review for anyone, and it's not my style. I'm generally the one to leave a very positive review and to try to work things out rather than leave a negative review on social media. But I have given Bill Marshall so many opportunities to do right I can't even count anymore. These videos speak for themselves. To spend almost $10,000 for a fence that we waited almost 4 months for, and to have every phone call and text disregarded for the past month is outrageous. The quality of the gate is terrible. Bent nail, split wood, and a handle that is cheap as hell. I wouldn't care about any of that if he would actually return a phone call and get someone out here to fix it. But the fact that he is completely unresponsive is just outrageous. Stay away. read more

They installed my fence months ago in December it's now July and they have yet to repair a gauge they left in the gate. They have completely disregarded my calls after they agreed to repair it. Also, they left screws and staples throughout my yard and broken fence parts and screws in my driveway. I told them that they are welcome to come back and clean up since they blamed snow. They did not. It was unsafe for my child. I just can't believe how incredibly rude this company has been mot even acknowledging any of my calls. I've been more than patient. Terrible company ....I called to have them come out and give me a quote , took them forever to come out and then they never sent me the quote , so I waited a week and got in touch again ,took them forever to get me a quote . I sent an email back to them to let me know when they can come to fix the fence of course they never returned my email or my calls so i waited a week again sent another email and left phone messages but nothing from them , so my final call was if you don't want my job then please let me know I will get someone else no response at all. terrible company they have no respect for potential customer I guess my job wasn't big enough for them I called a fence co out of norwalk with in two days a quote and a start date colonial fence is the worse they wsated my time read more

Bill has been unbelievably accommodating with our scheduling. He has called back promptly within a day, showed up at all of our appointments on time (even a little early!). He had to remove several sections of fence first so other people could come in to do work. And now he is back with his whole crew to finish the job - 2 days after I called him.
