I've been using the grocery pick up at the Ware store since before Covid and I don't think I could grocery shop in a store ever again. I've been spoiled! I use the app to order my groceries and when they're ready I drive up and the pick up crew loads of them into the back of the car. The kids that work the grocery pick up are just wonderful. I've been coming so much that now they know me, and what I like. For example, I like my eggs and bread upfront with me and not in the back. I also go into the store to browse and pick up other items that aren't available with pick up. The store is always clean and usually well stocked. The produce selection is always good and has great prices.

The store itself is tiny, well stocked, but a bit disorganized. That being said, each item has a certain section and the staff here is incredibly knowledgeable. We ended up buying a Dickies work shirt that will last a long time. The prices here are fairly reasonable but a few items are a bit high. Overall, the staff here is reasonable about the price and the last two times I shopped here the staff dropped a few dollars off our purchase. The only uncomfortable part of our shopping experience is that at times they hover a bit, but that's manageable.

It was wonderful stopping into this long standing children's store. I shopped here for both my girls between 25-29 years ago, now I'm back showing my daughter whom is pregnant. It was so neat for me having memories of being pregnant myself, and then toting my young ones into the store. We found great deals with Carter & Osh Kosh brands especially. Purchased a lovely blanket and crib pads. We will definitely be heading back. I also want to add that the employee, Theresa, was WONDERFULLY kind, personable and pleasant. she probably also worked there when I used to shop. A long time employee like this is a treasure indeed. I'm so glad that the store has stayed the way it was years ago, seeing the colorful hand printed poster sales posted on the board and walking through the old factory that hasn't changed in, well forever, is a delight knowing some things may change but they stand true in what matters. Now my granddaughter will be able to look out the windows down onto the old mill river too.

The location is great for parking, located in an old mill with lots of parking. But; being an old building, there's no ramp for wheelchairs or strollers and it IS a 'children's store'. I'm so glad I did! This is literally the most beautiful Marshalls I've ever seen :) it's perfectly clean, perfectly organized, fantastic accessibility of product, excellent selection, and truly wonderful prices. It seems as if this marshals offers the best value of any I've visited, on top of all the other noteworthy superlatives I mentioned. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very patient with my furniture purchase at the end of the evening. I would recommend this Marshalls to anyone that's able to get here, you absolutely won't be disappointed! Bravo!

Restrooms here need help. Ladies room door is stuck open, neither of the two stalls lock or provide privacy (gaps) and the hand dryer struggles. Definitely in need of attention for safety and privacy sake. They are clean. Entering the mall on the far left gives access to the gym and sporting goods store. Turn right to access the rest of the mall. Center entrance takes you by a long chocolatier shop displaying tasty treats for sale. Other shops inside include a book shop, Panera, science store and Paper store. It's a small area overall. Not one you'd stop in to 'walk the mall'. The shops we browsed are clean and well organized. Inside and outside shopping in this area covers a lot of your daily needs.

Not too far away, there's a Walmart, Whole Foods, Marshalls and Pet store close by. The mall has really evolved since I last attended my undergraduate years at UMass. There is now a cool arcade/bowling alley and escape room adventure company within the mall, and it really brings life to the place. Make sure you keep an eye for the student rush sales (usually the first week of the Fall semester) where stores participate in pretty good sales (think 50-80% off certain items, $5 beanbags, $1 notebooks etc).

My favorite stores in this center are Van Huesen and the Bass Shoe Outlet. Every time I stop here I leave with bags of merchandise. The building itself is unique with its rustic barn ambiance, and overall the place is kept extremely clean. The bathrooms are industrial but clean, and there is ample parking around the stores. The Outlet Center is also conveniently located off Exit 1, but sometimes getting back on the highway can be a pain if it is during rush hour traffic. Overall this is a great Outlet Center with great stores and deals. It would be nice to see the center continue to have these great stores and possibly expand to other brands in the future.
