Since I'm a bargain hunter, I'm not really their target consumer as their brand-name sunglasses are fairly pricey. The names they carry, off the top of my head: Oakley, Revo, Ray-Ban, Armani, Prada, Coach, Tory Burch, Burberry, and a new one, Tiffany. Prices range from about $70 (clearance) to over $400 (Tiffany). If you're looking for high-end sunglasses, this is the place. For me, I prefer to get my sunnies at TJ Maxx or Marshall's, where you can get name-brand ones for way cheaper.

My family and I have never felt more uncomfortable in a store than we have in this one. The…read morebrunette lady working there was being really pushy trying to aggressively sell another family when they were trying on shoes and even when the older lady told her she didn't like the shoes she wouldn't let it go and kept trying to sell her on them. It came off very unprofessional. Then she kept walking past us asking us questions and it came off like she thought we were shoplifting. My niece tried on a swimsuit but didn't want it so my sister put it back on a shelf and we left. The energy in the store felt heavy because of how the brunette was acting so we didn't even keep looking and decided to leave. An hour later we are walking out of another store and here comes this brunette lady running across the store yelling at us making a big scene in front of all of these people asking where we put the swimsuit and so my sister had to follow her across the street back into the store to show her where she put the swimsuit. I can't believe that girl thought it was okay to approach the situation like that. Especially in front of so many people. She should be fired immediately.

Only took them out of the box once from when purchased to try on. Was told me they couldn't change them because they were "damaged" when I told them that's how they were sold to me they said their employee of many years of experience would never sell a pair of damaged frame glasses and always show the customer the glasses before putting them in the bag (which they didn't). Luckily I was able to exchange them but I would not buy from this location again.

They also have a small section with discounted sunglasses so sometimes you can find some pretty decent pairs there. I don't mind spending $$$ on sunglasses when I know they're going to last. The nice thing about the Sunglass Hut is that they will tighten and/or fix your sunglasses when your big 'ol melon head has loosened them up! They also have the program where, if you damage your sunglasses, you can trade them in on a new pair and get a discount on the new pair. So that helps if you happen to be pinching pennies!

Nothing like it used to be, now it's more like a virtual reality type exam with a head set similar to what kids have to play games!! Dr. Voster is as kind and caring as he was 20 years ago, as are all of his assistants! The front desk is very helpful in assisting you with your insurance and paperwork also!!!
