My eyes are a little more complicated, astigmatism, getting a little older etc. It was great to see Sandy who helped me select new frames and measure me carefully to ensure my bifocals would align properly. Nice frames I'm very excited. Holly was wonderful processing my payment and setting time expectations for coming in to pick up my glasses. The doctor was rushed -literally told me that when he walked in the room and every time he mentioned one of my concerns that the intake person had written down, he would pick up a box from his counter and promote a product. I was pushed eye drops and vitamins and then talk to about my walking and muscle care and other subjects that were not even about my eyes. When I went up to the front to look at frames I was told to take a look around, I need to do paperwork- nobody ever approached, Ask me what is that I'm looking for. Is there a style I like- nothing I had given this Place my third shot, but I will not be going back again. I will find a new place to go.

He's great at making patients feel comfortable as he tests your vision and figures out what prescription works for you. He listens to his patients to understand their needs, not just their eyesight. In addition, he's great at making patients relaxed for kind of unnerving tests like the little glaucoma stick. The staff up front were super helpful, too. They helped me pick out a frame I liked, and listened to my requests (absolutely no rhinestones, for instance) while also making trendy recommendations. I ended up picking out some black cat eyes that look super great on me. In addition, they have a special program for people whose insurance doesn't cover most of the cost. My son was so upset he was crushed. I walked in after school and the lady found another frame that was exact and quickly replaced it.
