The other girl kept repeating how nervous she was that she was going to be fired and she was new. The only one that was caring, took her time was the one that takes you to the room and checks your eye peripheral vision, takes the scan of your eyes. She was great. The doctor was rushed -literally told me that when he walked in the room and every time he mentioned one of my concerns that the intake person had written down, he would pick up a box from his counter and promote a product. I was pushed eye drops and vitamins and then talk to about my walking and muscle care and other subjects that were not even about my eyes. When I went up to the front to look at frames I was told to take a look around, I need to do paperwork- nobody ever approached, Ask me what is that I'm looking for. Is there a style I like- nothing I had given this Place my third shot, but I will not be going back again. I will find a new place to go.

He takes meticulous notes and refers back to them on future visits, something for some reason other doctors don't do. Having a history with him has been really good for my vision. I'm in my 50's and still don't need reading glasses because he's adjusted my contacts so I can see near and far. My 3 kids also wear glasses and have been treating with him almost their whole lives. He takes VSP and other vision insurance. He also takes appointments on Saturdays, which is a big plus. The optical part is separate and they have a good selection.
