Still no resolution to the issue. In speaking with others, I'm not the only one who has paid for special lenses that didn't do what they promoted.

I had my 1 year old with me, and all staff was very pleasant with her. My prescription changed so Dr. gave me a sample to try for a few days then called back to order. So far I've gone into this business three times and each time they seem to be training a new…read moreperson. Different staff each time. The girl upfront was chewing gum with her mouth open. The other girl kept repeating how nervous she was that she was going to be fired and she was new. The only one that was caring, took her time was the one that takes you to the room and checks your eye peripheral vision, takes the scan of your eyes. She was great. The doctor was rushed -literally told me that when he walked in the room and every time he mentioned one of my concerns that the intake person had written down, he would pick up a box from his counter and promote a product. I was pushed eye drops and vitamins and then talk to about my walking and muscle care and other subjects that were not even about my eyes. When I went up to the front to look at frames I was told to take a look around, I need to do paperwork- nobody ever approached, Ask me what is that I'm looking for. Is there a style I like- nothing I had given this Place my third shot, but I will not be going back again. I will find a new place to go.

Dr. Mitchelina was amazing! She was patient, informative & thorough. She never made me feel rushed or hurried & now I can SEE again! I'm thinking it wasn't just because my glasses were old & scratched up, but that I needed a new prescription! And a SHOUT out to Claire who made my appointment & is right up there with Lou in the friendly department! Also, the exam just cost $75 a lot less than I was quoted elsewhere.

I have been in here a few times to look at new lenses and get my glasses repaired, and every time the gentlemen at the desk seems very annoyed to help. Keep in mind, there is either no one or maybe one other person when I walk in, so it's not like it's packed or anything. Today I went in to get my glasses realigned and the same gentleman was at the desk sitting down looking super annoyed and said I'll get to you when I can, you can grab a seat. I waited for a bit as he just sat there and stared at the other customer that was looking around then was on his phone. I'm not sure why this location's customer service is as drastically different from the Paso one as it is (I assume they have the same owner), but I would highly recommend checking out the Paso Robles location vs this one!
