He's great at making patients feel comfortable as he tests your vision and figures out what prescription works for you. He listens to his patients to understand their needs, not just their eyesight. In addition, he's great at making patients relaxed for kind of unnerving tests like the little glaucoma stick. The staff up front were super helpful, too. They helped me pick out a frame I liked, and listened to my requests (absolutely no rhinestones, for instance) while also making trendy recommendations. I ended up picking out some black cat eyes that look super great on me. In addition, they have a special program for people whose insurance doesn't cover most of the cost. I have been in here a few times to look at new lenses and get my glasses repaired, and every time the gentlemen at the desk seems very annoyed to help. Keep in mind, there is either no one or maybe one other person when I walk in, so it's not like it's packed or anything. Today I went in to get my glasses realigned and the same gentleman was at the desk sitting down looking super annoyed and said I'll get to you when I can, you can grab a seat. I waited for a bit as he just sat there and stared at the other customer that was looking around then was on his phone. I'm not sure why this location's customer service is as drastically different from the Paso one as it is (I assume they have the same owner), but I would highly recommend checking out the Paso Robles location vs this one!

I made my decision to have LASIK at Sani eye Center because the doctors are the very best in the business, using the most modern technology in bladeless LASIK. The exam was very thorough and I felt as though they educated me in the process as we went through each part, answering my questions patiently and thoroughly. Dr. Rasheed is honest and direct. He gave me realistic expectations. (No x-Ray vision? Darn!!) Dr. Rasheed will not perform LASIK on a patient who is not a good candidate just to make a buck. I, for one appreciate his direct approach to this very critical procedure. It's unfortunate to see that some do not appreciate that type of honesty. I wouldn't want anyone to perform LASIK on my eyes, potentially rendering me blind just because I think I should have it. If you're not a good candidate, it's understandable to be bummed out, but Dr. Rasheed and Dr. Sani are the experts, folks. I respect the integrity displayed by Dr. Rasheed and the entire team at Sani Eye Center. If you're looking into LASIK do your research and come to your own conclusion based on facts, rather than reading the bitter, vindictive statements of someone who may not have been a good candidate. Had PRK corrective surgery here. Initial impressions were good, however the experience would turn…read moreinto a major red flag minutes before the surgery. Dr Sani warned me just minutes before surgery that corrective surgery may take multiple sessions. (We had already had multiple appointments and this was the first I was hearing of multiple sessions under the laser). Surgery was quick and painless, however Dr sani would go on to accidentally cut my eye when removing the bandage contact lenses with his tweezers 7 days after prk laser surgery. He was adamant that he didn't cut my eye, and that I just had dry eyes, which was a common side effect. After weeks of dealing with eye pain and being out of work, and his diagnosis of "dry eyes" I saw another eye doctor. The 2nd eye doctor quickly diagnosed me with a cut to the eye, From a sharp object. (His tweasers). What should've been an easy fix, Dr sani failed to admit his mistake and turned my 2 weeks off the job into over a month. Overall poor communication and and ego turned this experience sour. I wouldn't go back to this location or recommend them to anyone.

Countless times they have put a smile on my fiancee's face, brightened my clients offices and made my mom happy on mother's day! Every time I visit, I have noticed that they have some new or unique flower I have never seen before. They work with local growers to get the best material available, and the shop workers are always very helpful.
