Since these frames are discontinued & very special to me, I decided not to risk it. He did try to find a replacement temple, but wasn't able to find a suitable one. Linden was polite & upfront about my options. After leaving, I got lucky & was able to squeeze in for a much-needed eye exam across the way (due to a cancellation) & ended up ordering new glasses. Be sure to call ahead to verify hours, especially around holidays, as they can vary. The shop is closed Saturdays, which is a downside, but it's the only true eyeglass repair shop in the area--other 2 nearby places in the promenade don't actually offer repairs. Prices are very reasonable too. Conveniently located near Target & CVS next to the Kumon Learning Center. I'd definitely keep this place in mind for future repairs.

Wow, this review is long overdue…read more After moving back from Las Vegas many years ago, our family searched for and tried several other Eye Docs in our local area. Sadly, none of them were what are family was looking for in this type of provider. After searching again, we found Dr. Jury's practice! We have been patients of Optometric Vision Experience for maybe 9 years now: we could not be happier with Dr. Jury and his entire staff, from the front counter to frame searching, frame fittings and drop-in frame adjustments. His office and staff are always very accomodating for scheduling our family's annual eye exams and any appointments we may neeed for any type of eye/vision concern. Dr. Jury himself is great eye doctor and our family is very lucky to be his continued patients. He is thorough, patient, and answers all all our questions in an easy to undestand manner.

Solace Optometry was AMAZING! Dr. Saleh is remarkably kind and compassionate. She truly listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I was hoping to achieve with my contact lenses. She took the time to carefully address my astigmatism and recommended that I try a new brand. I'm currently testing them out, so we'll see how it goes. She sent me home with a four-day trial, and I'm looking forward to giving her feedback on the Precision1 lenses. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy. I simply called, and they were able to see me the very next day! The office itself is cozy and inviting, located in a convenient shopping center with plenty of parking. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and resourceful. Overall, I left feeling really confident about my experience. I think I've found the optometrist for me

Extremely overpriced, especially if you don't have vision insurance. The glasses here are…read moreridiculously expensive, and you can easily find much better prices online. Even something as simple as replacing lenses without insurance costs an insane amount. To make matters worse, a pair of frames I originally purchased here broke, and when I brought them back, they told me they couldn't fix them. It was something that could've easily been repaired with a little glue, but instead, all I got were excuses about why they couldn't do it. Excuses, excuses, and more excuses. For a place that charges this much for glasses, you'd expect better customer service and some willingness to help. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here without insurance, and I wouldn't recommend buying frames here either. Save your money and shop elsewhere. aka online!

Rather than acknowledging my experience, he told me that the procedure was no more painful than getting a tattoo or having blood drawn. I found that response very dismissive. I understand that everyone experiences pain differently, but being told how painful I should perceive a procedure to be does not make my experience any less valid. I left feeling unheard and, honestly, gaslit, especially because I have a high pain tolerance. If patient comfort is not a priority, the least the doctor could do would respond empathetically.
