There's an online submission where you can attach photos. For some reason, I could only send one, but Tyler got back to me quickly. We had a quick call, and he let me know they'll do their best. The condition of the frames would affect how much they're able to do. I'm amazed at the before and after, and these frames are just like new! I've been searching for several years to find these frames that are out of production because the frame height is so hard to find. They're over a decade old, and I've settled for frames that just didn't hit the mark. My cost with shipping was $226.60. That ~$75 can go towards whatever lens upgrades I'll definitely need. My glasses broke in half on the bridge. He came out and fixed them pretty quickly. The cost was $50. I was fine with that if it meant getting my glasses back together since I wear them all the time. Fast forward a little more than a month later and the putty or epoxy used to get them back together is cracked in half and starting to flake off. These glasses are on the verge of breaking in half again. I texted him about this and asked if he could re-repair them and he said yes but it would be another $50! This is ridiculous! I myself work in customer service and if a customer pays for something it should last longer than a month. And if it doesn't the business should do something to make it right. As mentioned, I would be fine with paying partial cost to have him re-repair but the full cost again... no way! Most businesses today just try to sell you a replacement. These guys actually repair glasses. I went into All American Eyeglass Repair expecting "maybe they can help," and instead it was more like "yeah, we see this all the time." Part of the frame had broken. They said it could be laser welded and that you'd never even see the repair. The part I appreciated most is they seem very matter-of-fact about everything. No giant sales pitch. Just "we'll have it done in about an hour." Sure enough, about an hour later the glasses were repaired and honestly looked like nothing had ever happened. There's something refreshing about finding a business that just quietly knows what they're doing.

I wanted to have an older pair of Ray-ban (2015?) frames have new lenses put in and the options were extremely limited. The process was also a bit confusing. The man who works here is incredibly nice, but he kept searching for certain polarizing lenses/colors and reading them out loud to me. And when I said "yes I like that one" he would go to select it and would say like "no, can't do that it's not available". Which I understand. But at the same time, I spent longer standing there and had to go thru all the options first before he even knew if they were available for this frame which was quite a disappointment. I had a special request to ship them to my home which he was more than happy to do (I paid extra for shipping) and it took a normal amount of time before they were ready. However he "mailed them to the wrong address". Not sure exactly what that meant. But in a couple days after I called to ask about where they were, they were delivered to me. I can only speculate if they were not shipped and he lied about it, or if he did ship them somewhere else but was able to retrieve them. Either way, it was not great. But I did get them in the end. So they were delayed and didn't get here in time for the birthday gift I was ordering. But again, I got them. All in all, it's an okay way to have your glasses repaired.
