I went in the store to return a perfume, I got information prior(asking if I could return my…read moreperfume without a receipt but using the information on my ulta account). The cashier at the time said yes, as long as it's 80% full and not broken, and I was like cool I've used it twice, it stinks. I drove home and brought the perfume back, the lady that helped me the second time (a heavy set alternative/emo looking girl with wild dyed hair I think silver) was not very good at customer service, and she was the manager, I walked up with a smile and a cheerful greeting (because I do have good customer service) and my request to return my perfume. The way she looked at me and gave me a fake smile I could already tell that the girl wasn't going to help me. She looked for a box to scan the sku code and said she didn't have it therefore she couldn't do the return, she also said it was because it looked open. I called customer service and they said that the return should've been possible, I came down to a different store and they did the return with no issue, not needing the barcode from the box, they just got it from the computer with no issue and no sass. I used to go in and pick up products because I liked how calm that store was, I never minded the ladies followed me and stared me down, cause they thought I was going to take something. Because I knew I was there to purchase stuff, but not being able to return something I purchased at the same store, because the girl didn't want to do her job and just wanted to profile me, is not okay. A person like that shouldn't work customer service and definitely shouldn't manage a store. People shouldn't feel bad where they go purchase their products. They should get better training so every store can go ny the same policy, they should, but I guess it wasn't thorough enough.

I ordered a transmission and was told it would be ready and available for pick up in 14 business…read moredays. The transmission never showed. When I call the store I was told it would be another 3 weeks by some hourly worker and I was told no manager was available to speak with. I was told to speak to the manager tomorrow. When I showed to talk to the manager he was not around and I was told to return in an hour. When I returned to speak to the manager they were not at the store. I waited for 30 minutes before he arrived. When he asked me what the problem was I explained mt situation at which he got extremely rude and disrespectful and eventually physically assaulted me. Customer service and upper management refused to return my call for five days. We they did get back to me they claimed no assault took place and the company would be returning my money and banned me from returning to their store. Somehow, I am the one who has to pay the price for their inability to provide products for which they took over 4000 cash saying they could get me the transmission. I am the victim of a physical assault and being lied to yet I am the one who is banned from the store. Nothing was said to the store manager and he continues to be employed by this untruthful and fraudulent company. If anyone continues to patronize store 3113 in klamath falls I am sure you can ALL expect the same type of customer service. I am calling for a boycott of this store and all O Rileys auto parts stores. A company who lies to their customers and then covers up a physical assault perpetrated by management deserves to suffer the loss of business from EVERY customer...WHO KNOWS YOU MAY BE NEXT!!!! IF YOU NEED AUTO PARTS IN KLAMATH FALLS, PLEASE VISIT AUTO ZONE, BAXTERS, NAPA, OR D&R AUTO AND LEAVE O'RILEYS TO THOSE WANTING TO BE SCREWED AND LIED TO AND IGNORED AND THOSE GENERALLY LOOKING TO BE RIPPED OFF AND MAYBE PHYSICALLY ASSULTED!!! EVERY WORD SAID HER IS BASED 100% ON FACTUAL BASIS WITH EVIDENCE AND WITNESSES TO BACK UP MY CLAIM...DONT TAKE THE CHANCE GO SOMEPLACE WITH INTEGRITY AND LEAVE O'RILEYS ALONE THEY ARE SCUM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I shop for horse, cat and dog food as well as all my gardening plants, Fox Farm, and supplies at Grange. I also find gifts in the jewelry and clothing department. In my opinion, there is no where better for one stop shopping!

Went In about 30 minutes ago to get a controller replacement my controller was around 200$ with a…read more30$ warranty for 1-2 years bought it earlier this year in January, so the warranty still valid. I asked if I could get my money back or a replacement to something of equal value she said I can only exchange it for the other controller which was lesser value at 84$ as I was getting told this I was confused by why I'm losing so much money so I asked her why can't I get my money back she said you can either exchange it for the broken one or take your old controller and leave honestly I just took the controller and left but honestly am super upset after the terrible customer service after it all! She was chubby. She had black hair and she was in her 30s. She was white. She gave an attitude and it was very rude about the whole situation and she had no sympathy or kindness towards me and that makes me not want to come back again. She should not be working there if she is going to treat customers like that. Anyway I just thought I'd let anyone know that invested in the warranty program with GameStop don't do it it's a scam!!! The day I came in was November 12 on a Wednesday.
