The women who happen to be working were empathetic, efficient, honest and so helpful! Further, when filing my claim with the airline i needed a copy of the receipt. I called 2 weeks after the wedding and Roxanne was supremely helpful in finding a way to pull the receipt up from the records. Everyone went above and beyond and i got a new outfit i will wear many more times! I highly recommend Marshalls and this one in particular!

No not true, it was a really cold day and it was nice to have the free parking to have the leisure to browse. This Winners is a nice one, not so crowded and with a great selection, I was able to find at least 20 items and place them in my shopping cart for the fitting room. And let me tell you I am super picky about fashion plus my body is a little chubby wubby, so I was delighted to find really fashionable items in my size. Sale staff here are very pleasant and eager to assist you. The store is well laid out, very clean and is spacious enough for carts to pass through, which sometimes I have a hard time with at other locations. Amongst things I bought I was able to come away with very nice grey dress pant at under $20, a stylish sage wool jacket at $30 and another formal blouse combo for work for like $15. I saw some amazing deals on winter jackets by Donna Karen, Kenneth Cole, and Micheal Kors here. The undergarment section was also chock full with well made items by Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. It was on sale 10 to 20% off the regular price. I bought the space saver 6 cups water filter for $21. The return policy isn't the best at Canadian tire. I opened it and there was a defect and I can't bring it back. Canadian tire has a policy about not taking any opened items back. So I had to deal with the manufacturer now. oh well. The manufacturer was willing to replace it. The store is located on the second floor, above Urban Fare. The store isn't super big. But it has a really big selections of small appliances and household items.

The situation: For lack of better judgement, I decided to try to give your website a chance buying an item that was clearly listed on sale. Then I proceeded to check out and the item magically switched to full price. I called the next day to explain the checkout glitch explaining to "the manager" I had screenshots, time stamped to show the validity of being within the one day sale time limi, clearly showing the website mistake but the Hudsons Bay company refused to honor the price that it was listed for. Not wanting to argue with unethical management I decided to find it elsewhere. On the many , many, many websites that carry the same exact item for better price and free 2 day shipping. All I have to say for you is thank God you guys dropped the ball on e-commerce. This will help a lot of people going through the time wasting task of contacting you with the exact same problem and getting no results. The selection was much, much more extensive than its Chinook counterpart - size and style wise. They even have shoes! The staff were helpful without being pushy and were very friendly. They had some great sales as well as fairly priced regular items. It was really easy to put outfits together and i liked their range of work and casual wear. This location is a little out of the way for me and the roads leading into the parking lot can be a bit crazy on the weekend but I'd definitely check it out again.
