Nice location and amazing staff. I was sick in a hotel room a few miles with no way to get to walmart for medicine. I'd been into this walmart a few hours beforehand and had see their "walmart delivers" sign. Desperately I called this walmart at 4am praying that they truly delivered and could bring me medicine. Unfortunately that's not how the delivery system works, however the guy who answered the phone helped me figure out where I was (I'm from out of state) and then told me of every pharmacy, emergency room and hospital around me. I called this in but forgot to add the ending so im submitting it again here. When checking out on June 30,2020 I told the cashier I was not going to purchase something because it was open and showed her. In a firm tone she asked me what was wrong with it. I again told her politely as I did before it was open. She asked again what's wrong with it in a firmer toner as if she was upset. I explained it is nasal spray and the cap could be taken off and tampered with. She then in a rude sarcastic tone said so are you going to get it or not. The lady she helped ahead of me was still their and she and I looked at each other wonder why she was taliking to me that way. I decided not to be rude and said I am not getting it and gave it to her. As I was exiting the store I held my receipt to show another lady asking if she needed to check it as they normally do. She replied with no we stopped considering the pandemic and then stated I could steal anything I want, I laughed and walked out the store in disbelief. I went to Walmart to have tires installed ordered online scheduled my installation showed up on time was told I had to rebook no technicians scheduled that early in the day . I came back at 2pm for my rescheduled appointment was told it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour, I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours on top of that they broke 1of my TPMS sensors in my tires. I asked to speak with a manager was told none avail . I went to Walmart.com filled out a complaint recivEd and an email from store manager Laura . I had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life in this store. One really cold rainy evening around 9:45 pm, I had a television adapter go out, and this store is just down the street. My husband was away on business, so I ventured out on a blustery night to the local Walmart to pick up this cord in the electronics department. It poured rain and snow on the way, and I got to the back of the store, and amazingly I found the cord I needed, but it was behind locked glass cabinet. I am not sure why as it was only $13.50. So, I stood there a good 15 minutes waiting for someone to come help me. There was not any customers in the store either. Finally two associates were in reach, and I stood next to them as they talked without glancing in my direction for another five minutes or so, and then finally said, "we are not ignoring you", and said they would get someone else with a key to open the cabinet. It was another 10 minutes or so. There were no customers in the whole place at 10 pm. I was in tears as I stood there, soaking wet waiting till like 10:15 pm when a guy finally walked by, opened the cabinet, and told me to meet him in the front of the store, where he would leave it so I could purchase it. What a joke! If you are going to have a store open, you should have people work in the departments and trust you enough to carry a $14 item up to the register. Went to this Walmart today. My wife was already reluctantt to go to a Walmart to do an oil change. We went there to take my son's car in for an oil change. Last time my wife got an oil change on her car at a Walmart, they told her they were no longer aloud to reset the oil change light. This is ridiculous. Well at any rate, my wife told my son to pull the lever to turn on his windshield fluid, and of course, no windshield fluid. She went back in and told them about it. The woman told her that the mechanic must have just forgot and he was probably busy. However, the mechanic has to do the checklist for the print-up paper to say that the fluid has been checked. This leads me to believe that the mechanic lied when he checked off the paper because there was no fluid. Not going back here again for any oil changes. read more

I bought my tires from Walmart Auto Center and I have continually had the worst experiences. They've broken my tire stems twice and then reject my car because it has broken stems. They asked me to go get it fixed at the booked-full Firestone down the road, and they would reimburse me afterwards?? The wait is always at least an hour and a half, even for a rotation. I paid extra for road hazard protection, and that warranty has proven to still be costly to me. Lots of loopholes. The technicians seem to know what they're doing, but unfortunately the front desk obviously lacks training beyond ordering a service and looking up an account. That's management's fault. Luckily my tires are nearing the end of their life here, and I will never have to go to Walmart auto center again!! read more

Opened a Yelp account just so I could write this review. By far the WORST customer experience. Called in the evening to change my grocery pick - up time as I got called into work and would not be able to pick up my groceries the following morning. The phone rang for almost 10 mins and when someone finally answered she was incredibly rude, and told me there was nothing they could do for me as that department was now closed. Told me to call at 5am the next morning and hope that I'd be able to change my pick-up time. Told her I wouldn't be able to do that because my order would be confirmed through their system before the department would open again. She then told me, "sorry" and hung up on me. Walmart Vision Care Center: Doctor of Optometry, Shari N. Murray - Posada, O.D. I have been going to eye doctors for 20 years and I have never found an eye doctor with as much pizzaz as Dr. Shari Murray - Posada! Normally eye doctors are a little weird (no offense...it just creeps me out) and they rush you through the tests. They flip the lenses so fast that you cannot adjust your focus or make up your mind if #1 or #2 lense is the better option. Shari was very pleasant to speak with and took her time with my tests. For the first time ever I could focus and make sure that I was picking the correct lense. I didn't feel like I was on a timed test!! She made a suggestion for a contact lense that would not dry out as much in this very dry state of Colorado. Finally, she gave me a test lense to make sure the lense would be a good fit for me. She said that I could come in for a follow up visit to make sure there was not a lot of build up and that we had picked the right lense for my eye. We had a good time and great conversation and I would highly recommend her to everyone in this neighborhood. The cost of my visit WITHOUT health insurance was $85.00. This company has no respect or care for their customers . I was treated like a piece of crap by their employees and manager. It ask started when I found a sweater for my daughter on sale for 10 dollars but it was the wrong size. The customer service department told me to go too another store because they had the right size at the other location. I drove 45 minutes too find exactly what i was looking for....our i thought. Had an experience trying to buy an item and Brandy the assistant manager decided to make a big scene in front of several employees and about five customers no employees were accurate as far as what I had to do to make the purchase it was very simple all I needed as an answer to the question and she proceeded to raise her voice at me gets snotty smirk and call for somebody to escort a customer out of the store. Had the worst customer service experience on Friday. My mother ordered something for my daughter and had it sent to the Supercenter in Westminster CO. When I arrived at the store I went to the pick up center in the back of the store. My daughter and I stood back there for roughly 10 minutes. We saw an associate helping another customer so didn't mind waiting since she saw us walk up. We later found out her name was Patty. She disappeared and we continued to wait. Two male associates came out of the back and asked if I was helped and I responded with no. They said they would find someone. They never came back or sent anyone. I was irritated at this point because I was waiting for an extremely long time with a toddler who was also irritated. I walked over to the photo department where to my surprise I see Patty talking to another associate. I said can I please get some help at the pick up. She stared at me with attitude and said did you push the screen? I had no clue what screen she spoke of which I let her know. She then says if you touch the screen it will ring on this little guy and waived a phone at me. At this point my blood is boiling. She still does not walk towards the pick up to help. The other associate notices that Patty was not moving and says I will help you. I finally got my order. I will never shop at this location again due to the horrible customer service I received. read more

I was going to put 1 star but it's unfair to the other great employees of this walmart. Believe me, there are some employees there who are sooo rude when it comes to customer service but then there are others who are soooo great. First I need to make a comment about the deli, it is very frustrating when you go up to the counter & some people who work there KNOWS YOU NEED HELP but they just keep on stacking the chicken or whatever, & ignore you. I stood there for while & there were 2 female workers WHO KNOWS I'M THERE looking at them (they also looked at me...duh), but they still were so busy arranging the food, didn't even say "be right with you." Dang, talk about customer service. Hey those chickens can wait they're dead anyways, they feel it is more important to attend to the chicken's needs than helping the customers. But then again, there are really excellent female employees at the deli who would drop everything that they're doing so they can help their customers, I'll make sure I get their names so I can post it here. Oh well, I've had no problems with the deli located at 120th walmart because they have a bell & they are always friendly & acknowledge that they will be right out to help if they're in the middle of something. I purchased a Sylvania portable DVD player from this Wal-Mart the end of January and also purchased a two year replacement warranty that was offered to cover the DVD player. It was not any expensive player, it cost $49.88 and the 2 year warranty was another $4.00. Yesterday the door the DVD disc goes into popped off and could not be put back on. I called the Wal-Mart customer service number on the receipt and was told to call Curtis International who carries the 2 year replacement warranty. I was finally able to get through to "Mike" who I could barely understand because of his accent. He told me they would not replace my DVD player but I was welcome to send them $44.00 and pay shipping and handling to return the DVD player to them for repair. I was outraged! What is the replacement warranty for if I have to pay as much as the unit costs to have it repaired. What benefit is the warranty? He told me that was the best he could do for me. Luckily, I went back to Wal-Mart and told them what had happened and they exchanged the DVD player even though it was past the 30 cut off for it return. Say what you will about Wal-Mart, they stood behind the product and made sure I was a satisfied customer. As for the warranty they offer with electronic purchases, they are a waste of money. read more

Yesterday evening I dropped my car off at the Auto Care Center to have the oil changed while I shopped. The price was reasonable and the wait-time as promised. Overall, I was pretty happy. That was, until I opened the car door. There were oil smudges throughout the car - on the armrest, on the upholstery, even on the windows. I returned to the desk and the elderly gentleman attending the spot grabbed some paper towels and some cleaner. He did a decent job, but I'm not going to nit-pick a senior citizen for a job that he didn't even commit. When I got home I called the store to report the incident the assistant manager. I was not looking for compensation (that would be like getting blood from a turnip) but I did want to let someone know the standards they are keeping. The Assistant Manager I talked with was terrible. She was rude and complacent. She made it sound to me as thought the spray and paper towel was their best recourse and that this sort of thing is the risk you take when getting oil changed there. I was stunned. Needless to say, to amount of "savings" will get me back into that Wal-Mart again. read more
