The deli items were typical of any grocery store that doesn't specialize in hot foods. The beef brisket was dry on the exterior and tender on a small area of the interior. The battered okra was okay but the sausage in barbecue sauce was pretty tasty. I was impressed to find La Brea breads in the bakery. Our cashier in the express lane lacked enthusiasm but did his job.

I have 2 experiences at each location. The first experience left me with a 300 total that somehow turned into 400+ charge on my account. My receipt was conveniently missing ink so a credit not possible. Second experience- total lack of proper store stocking. In other words- there should be many more options especially when you have a WM in town. I feel they are very overpriced and will not return.

They have a deli to get your cold cuts. There is a man making pizzas in the back, they smelled amazing. You will find the butcher block in the back of the store. I went…read moregrocery shopping at 7 this morning and they MADE me and about 3 other people ring up full carts of groceries through self check out. I asked the three clerks standing around the self check out area if we could go to a normal register and they said no. One of people trying to check out with a full cart of groceries was an elderly woman, she couldn't figure out how to ring up her fresh produce and the 3 clerks who were standing there wouldn't help her so I had to. Seriously they were just standing there and none of them could open up a register or help this lady (or any other customers)? I just spent $200 in your store and you MADE me do it through self check out AND assist other customers. It took me 30 minutes to check out, plus the time to help other customers. I don't work there,it's not my responsibility to check people out. Walmart is a bad, selfish, disrespectful company to start with, but this store is really going above and beyond for laziness. I am disgusted with this store. I wish I could give 0 stars, that's how awful this location is.

After having shopped at Pruett's (formerly Buy For Less) for many years, it has become clear that the prices at WinCo cannot be beat. Yes, Crest has some great deals, but that location (NW 23rd & Meridian) is awful to visit for several reasons as well. I prefer to go during off-peak hours, because it can get very busy and crowded. I really like the bulk section as well having more options than many other similar setups at other stores. They don't have everything I want all of the time, but overall their selection works for me. Their WinCo brand products have super low prices as well which I often opt for over brand names. Happy this store is in OKC!

Their prices are excellent, they…read moreoffer a great variety of products, the store is always very clean, and the customer service is exceptional. The only recurring issue we've noticed is with the dairy department. Expiration dates don't seem to be monitored consistently. On several occasions, we've found entire pallets of milk with expiration dates that were the next day, leaving customers very little time to use the product. The same issue applies to yogurt. We've also found expired yogurt still being sold on the shelves instead of being removed. While we understand that an occasional item can be overlooked, this has happened often enough that it appears to be an ongoing problem. We truly enjoy shopping at WinCo and hope this feedback helps improve an otherwise outstanding store.
