What I like about this NW Expressway, Oklahoma City location is that their grocery store area is always well supplied with brand-name product and fresh produce. It would be nice if there was a separate entrance for the grocery area. Self check out is always fast and easy. There are cashiers available for those who do not prefer self check out. read more

This store is always low on inventory. I can't seem to get what I need. When I do pick up they say it's in stock then say just kidding go find it at another store 5mi away. This last visit they spilt my order in two! Pick up half here and half at the other target if you want everything. Very very annoying. Drive up is still better than trying to check out inside though as there is never enough registers open and self check is always backed up. Always a headache. read more

A lot of their clothes were 40% off, so that was cool. Soft lines seemed like they maybe needed more employees, a lot of random piles of clothing were strewn about, not on hangers, kinda sloppy looking. No one-persons fault, just needs more employees assigned to the department to make up for rude customers. Grocery department is odd, with their haves and have nots. Seems very random. Starbucks at this location is very, very impressive! Baristas definitely know their shiz, and are super polite! I ordered a Java Chip frappacino made with oat milk and had a flavor shot of pumpkin spice added to it, and it was quite delightful. I really, really appreciate when I order a non-dairy milk frap and they ask whether or not I want whipped cream, instead of just assuming. I wish Target allowed tip jars for their SB department employees, because that's very unfortunate, but if you carry cash you can just throw it at them and run away, nothing is actually stopping you! HORRIBLE experience. I ordered a stroller online and was charged $300. The next day I was notified that my order was cancelled. Four days later I'm still out $300. Tried to call customer service and was hung up on. When I called back I spoke to a "supervisor" who told me there was nothing target could do. I live closer to the Super Target off Penn and Memorial but I always tend to come back to this location when I get the chance. It's not too big or crazy busy with tons of screaming kids down the isle. This target feels more like "home" to me. While this target isn't a super target it has all the items I usually need unless I am shopping for sushi, deli counter, etc that this location doesn't have. The employees checking you out are super friendly. I really wish that workers didn't crowd the entire back of the isles unloading items every weekday morning its pretty frustrating. Another thing that does annoy me about this target is they need more checkers during the day. As you can see from my photo I posted they have issues with that here. read more

That being said, I was extremely disappointed then on 4-29-22 after 5pm, when I stopped in to make a few purchases and the only registers open were the self checkout. A young boy had spilt his drink and couldn't find an associate to place a caution sign and clean up. The custom service and return desk was empty. The only associate I could see were at Starbucks. If this is the customer service I can expect I'll go shop at Walmart. read more

Last summer, I bought a chair on eBay through Target's store there. Well, it turns out that the color was all wrong for me, so I decided to return it. (Target has an extremely fair and somewhat generous return policy that makes me very happy.) Manager Chris Mitchell at this location made my merchandise return as simple as 1, 2, 3. And just YESTERDAY? Just yesterday I needed two Corelle 28 oz. soup/cereal bowls. (Yeah, they're not necessarily very pretty. But they're large and functional. They're also virtually unbreakable, to boot.) I walked in and went straight to customer service. A very friendly young lady at the service counter helped me find if said bowls were in stock. Yup, she quickly looked up the pieces on her phone, found plenty of such bowls in stock, and eventold me where to find them in the store. Just TERRIFIC service, time and again. This is my favorite Target. They aren't as big as the super-Targets but have everything I need my dog ate my blanket so off to Target I went. And then I found a set of sheets on sale.1200 threads for $25 for a king sized bed. Then I found a cute Christmas dress. And oh my! Cute clothes! Target has cute clothes. Just today I was wearing a suit jacket from Target and received a compliment. In fact, about half my suit jackets came from Target. Just like any other Target that I've been to. Nothing spectacular. The prices are pretty much the same as far as department store chains go. There are Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside this Target, which I thought was cool. Seriously, the lines are way too crowded. It was so crowded that I didn't want to wait in line so I just left without purchasing anything. It's typically Target. I walked through most of the store. I needed a break from all the driving, and wanted a couple of drinks to take back to the motel. They have Bolthouse Farms coffee and juices, and I like to keep them when I'm at home. As I don't know the area, and the coffee places, I would rather get something consistent. Everything seemed to be in the expected places (though stock was low in several places), and the grocery area was quite good. I had started the Cartwheel app, but I really didn't get to use it. I shop at Target several times a week for my business and personal. I'm giving 3stars because I've had two types of experience. Last week I put my stuff on the belt and was greeted with a friendly voice asking me if I found everything...my response yes thank you and then some! She even put a "handle " on one of my paper towels, I've never had that done before it's was nice!!! Thank you to that young lady!!! Spending $152.72 I had the worst experience today. I started to put my items on the belt and was very rudely told NOT TO PUT MY PAPER TOWELS ON THERE..I'm like ok I have three..Confused because I've never been told that in the past(I had a full cart so I wasn't sure what to do so I set them on the floor beside me). I'm not too sure why people are criticizing the employees here. These are people who are underpaid and have to deal with rude customers as well as work under pressure sometimes with short staff. When I go there I don't expect much from the employees as I know they are probably already tasked with things to do. I've seen them get griped out plenty b/c someone can't read a sign & thinks the item(s) they have are on sale. It's not the employees fault! That aside, this is my favorite Target. It's not too big, is almost always stocked well and they get lines open if the line starts to stack up. I always enjoy coming to this location. read more

Consistently dissatisfied with the customer service here. The employees have zero energy and zero motivation to do their jobs. Getting through a short checkout line usually takes 15-20 mins. The customer service managers have no clue how to regulate flow. Either everyone here is inexperienced or there are no standards for employee performance. read more

This is my Target. And by that I mean, the Target I spend thousands of dollars at every year. I think the staff at this Target is top-notch. It seems they really care if I find those plastic plates I'm looking for or can find the right tonic. If they can't find it, they don't immediately take it to mean that it's not there, they do the search, call the department manager, etc. I was looking to buy a DVD of The Holiday this Christmas, and the guy was back there looking for like ten minutes. Me of little faith, I assumed his break time had come up and he had made a run for the golden arches. But lo, he came back, and though they did not have my DVD but he brought me a handful of other DVDs he thought I might like. This is the story of how I came to own a copy of Four Christmases and The Grinch. The clothing department, cosmetics, accessories, and electronics departments are responsible for the general sucking sound I hear when I open my pocketbook. But they almost always have what I'm looking for in a variety of sizes and price points, so we'll take it. The store is clean, well-stocked, well-lighted, and has more than ample parking. Other than that, I guess it's your general Target, but I'm glad such a good one is so dang close. read more

Overall I really enjoy this Target since it is typically not too busy, however, the aisle are really small! If it gets slightly crowded then it is a struggle to get two carts in the grocery aisle! A 3 to me could be a 4 to someone who doesn't loathe shopping and department stores as much as I do, so... ya know, this is from the perspective of someone longing for the day of advanced online shopping involving teleportation. The prices are fair as far as department store chains go. Not as asinine as some others that you'd find in a mall. The selection is... a selection. I spend a lot of my time there scoffing and saying "who would wear this really", but I also prefer black pants and comic and video game t-shirts. Also, there's a Starbucks, of course! I go to this Target a lot. More than I should, really. I have a Target debit card, use the pharmacy and own a couple red target shopping bags. What? They're only a buck and you save 5 cents each trip you use them! But if you're a cat lady (like me) I normally opt for the plastic bags so that I can repurpose them for you know what.... Normally, I would give this place 4 stars, but there is something that puts me in a tizzy fit 'bout this place. 1. They are always out of the Chocolate Odwalla protein shakes! Come on man! 2. Lines = too crowded. This is no matter what time or day you go. Maybe I was spoiled living in Norman with the Super Target. While they were equally as busy I never had to wait in a long check out line. 3. It's not a Super Target. Oh, complain, whine, moan and groan you say? Shud up, it's my review and my opinion golly gosh darn it! :P I kid... Minus one star for 1. Minus another star for 2. And the third thin is really my own laziness for not wanting to make the trek all the way to the Memorial Super Target (which, by the way, is a ZOO. Pretty solid Target. I enjoy coming here for groceries, starbucks, or when I just feel like going to Target to browse around. They don't have a wide variety of groceries but it will do the job if you're just looking for basic items. The environment to shop here for groceries is just better than Walmart. Lets be real. I feel like this is a high volume Target location, customer wise so they tend to run out of popular items...but you can always use Brick Seek to help search inventory. read more

I really can't stand the shopping carts. Yes they are super easy to push. But they are so big you can barely get down an isle if someone else with a cart is there. If there is a pole in the isle, you may be able to get by. Who designed/tested these? I didn't take it in the parking lot, but i'd imagine they don't squeeze through cars easy. read more
