Man, I learned my lesson trying to buy tires from Walmart.com and having them installed at the auto center. DON'T DO IT! They fubbed my order, canceled my first service appointment because they didn't think they had my tires (they did) and then wouldn't install them when I showed up for my second service appointment, having come from 80 miles away, because they said they weren't paid for. I showed them the credit card statement showing their charge, paid in full, from 2 days ago! Still wouldn't do it because they said the order was canceled? Who canceled it? I didn't cancel it. Why was it canceled? Was it really canceled? I'm not trying to scam anybody, I just want to buy some tires. Hey, I'm not going to force these guys to take my business and my money- clearly they don't deserve it. The store manager offered no help. Bottom line- this has been a total waste of my time and the incompetency of the Walmart staff prevents them solving even the smallest problem or providing any sort of accommodating customer service. I learned my lesson and made a mistake that won't be repeated. I went to a local shop and was taken care of with no issue. I should have done that the first time around. read more

It is usually busy. It's hard to find a handicapped parking space. It's usually hard to find a motorized cart. Then it's hard to get things off the higher shelves. I usually ask a tall young person for help. The directory is great. Not everyone knows that it is available. read more

I waited at the women's dressing room for 10+ minutes and no one came by. I eventually found an unlocked dressing room. When I went to check out all the employees were playing around at the front and sitting in chair displays and chit chatting. Very annoying. read more

Always organized the same no matter where they are located. Always use Walmart pay to speed through the lines and through checkout. Have good meats including grass fed and grass finished. Lots of low sugar options to go with the high sugar crap. Always have a good selection of rebel ice cream for when I want to cheat. One Of the only places I shop for food. read more

Was disappointed that this store didn't deliver. I was staying in Deming for about six weeks in one of the campgrounds in a motor home. I did not have another vehicle except my bicycle. I called the Walmart and asked if they delivered and was told no. I have used Walmart's delivery in other cities when groceries were needed and the delivery fee is very reasonable. This left me to pick up a few needed items on the bike. Not very convenient. Had I known not all Walmarts delivered I would have stocked up before parking. Lesson learned. read more

No real health options. Not a lot of options on products. Sometimes only one or sometimes up to 3 different option on items. If you want organic or vegan or seafood, not going to happen. Want a salad well expired or about to expire take your pick. They make a habit of putting a sales price code sticker over when it expires. Careful buying anything from the hot deli, they like to change the times when it was cooked. Other stores in the area are worse. Someone neeeds to help them. read more

What would we do in nw Oklahoma without Walmart? It is the best one vie been to. Organized clean friendly.

I got off work at midnight and forgot to have a copy of a key to my new apartment made. No other businesses would be open this late at night, so I went to the Walmart in Woodward, hoping they would be able to do the job. The front cashier realized my dilemma and called for a manager to assist me. I met him in the Automotive department where he called his boss, who called on another staff member to show him how to make a key. I was extremely satisfied with the service at 0100 in the morning and I would definitely come back for my late night needs...including the munchies! read more

Poor customer service by the rude and argumentative manager in the automotive department at the Woodward, Oklahoma store. Refused to honor warranty/road hazard on damaged tire that was purchased from them. They also lost or didn't get hub cap on wheel good which resulted in loosing hub cap after driving 25 miles from store. Manager blamed and argued with customer regarding service received from department. I will not return to that department due to her unethical behavior during interaction. read more
