One of the cleanest Walmarts I've entered in my journey by car between California and Oklahoma, and the location directly off I-40 made the store easy to find. The shelves appeared well stocked, and the employees were friendly. One stood inside the grocery entrance disinfecting buggies for customers to shop. So, I have a love/rate relationship with this Walmart. True, this is the only Walmart in the area, and this is the one place on town that consistently has a selection of certain types of food. However, this location never has enough checkers. The self checkout is great though, because there is enough space and systems to get people completed quickly. It's pretty hit or miss how the staff will be. They treat you like a criminal at the door leaving: they check your receipt. Depending on how you look, they go above and beyond and will even go through your bags versus just checking the large items. If you can't use self checkout, make sure you don't take the checker's word on your amount of bags. Twice now, I was told I didn't have another bag and found several items were left at the store (and calling doesn't do any good to recover the paid-for items). They seem to always be stocking. Even before the COVID crap. Sometimes it is quite a pain to get down the aisles. Generally though, the stockers are super friendly and will help you navigate around them. This location is what it is. I don't expect much from Walmart anyway, but this location has the bar set even lower. read more

Self checkout at both entrances would be great, but if you have to stop and use the restrooms this is one of the cleanest stores I've stepped foot into. read more

Don't get fried chicken dinner there! There will be ONE piece of chicken, old, dried out, at 5:00 in the afternoon when you're ready to order some dinner. Don't bother asking when the next batch will be done, there is no next. It's a third-world Walmart. read more
