The decor was on point and the selection is outstanding. Imagine my excitement when I saw their large selection of Kendra Scott jewelry and Vera Bradley luggage and purses. The clothes are exquisite and the prices are decent. There's so very glam items that may be pricy but overall I found that everything was reasonable. Example, next door they sell blinged headbands for about $50 while here they sell some gorgeous ones for $20. I bought one today actually as I couldn't pass on the price. It felt like such a steal to me for the quality. The two employees were sweet and made us feel welcome. I really enjoyed my shopping experience and they kindly let me take pictures to post with my review. Can't wait to go back for some new Kendra's!!

I ordered a pair of Anderson Bean Elephant boots on sale, expecting standard new condition…read more When they arrived, they showed clear signs of wear: scuffed rubber soles with dirt in the treads, missing factory tags, flattened leather on the square toe welt with discolored stitching, and dried wax residue settled into the leather grain. When I contacted customer service with photos, they confirmed that this pair was an active sales floor display and stated that was the reason for the discount. However, nowhere on the product listing was it disclosed that the boots were floor models or pre-handled. Despite the condition, they cited their final sale policy and refused a standard return, offering only to send the boots to Anderson Bean for a recraft process that would take months. Discounting an item does not replace upfront disclosure of pre-worn or display merchandise. Disappointing customer service and misleading product listings.
