When "Save Money Live Better" becomes Wait Weeks Live Worse. I ordered a delivery, didn't show up, I requested a cancellation and a refund, it took them over a week to even cancel the order, and now I'm being told I have to wait an additional 10 business days before a refund of which it seems I'm not even receiving the full refund. Me and my dog have been barely getting by because I don't have grocery money now, and likely not going to have groceries until after the new year, because I have to wait for either the refund or my next check. Thanks for leaving me stranded during the holiday. Good job keeping up the slogan! Merry Christmas! Update: Today marks 23 days since requesting refund of which I won't be getting back my full refund. For anyone who wants delivery with security I would highly recommend not using the Walmart app and instead use Uber Eats. You can still get grocery orders, and Uber will refund you same day the exact amount of whatever discrepancy. Update 2: A Month in, after Walmart has promised me a partial refund, I still have not received. I contacted Walmart again, and they said I had to contact my bank. So I contacted my bank to see if I can get a refund... from Walmart. I have to reiterate this, Uber gives you refund the SAME DAY. Why has this taken over a month of jumping through hoops and the only progress I see is when I force someone at Walmart to talk to me and I have to pry information out about a refund. Why is there no communication from Walmart about these things? Also did they just straight up lie to me about the refund seeing as now I have to go through my bank? I'm disabled and a + member. When I use scan n go. EVERY SINGLE TIME I checkout I'm "randomly " selected for associate rescan for security. So don't bother bagging your stuff because it will all have 2b unpacked, rescanned and repacked. AFTER its all paid for. Defeats the ENTIRE purpose by wasting my time n effort. Don't bother calling customer service bc they don't answer n no voice mail option. God forbid if they have to pay a live body to take my call. I guess its better to have to keep hanging up and calling back. This is NOT an acceptable level of customer service and I won't be wasting my $ subscribing to +when it expires. It's a waste of time AND $. Not to mention being made to feel like I can't be trusted to check out my own groceries. It's hard enough to try and get around in motor cart but when you add up all the rest, its not worth it. Do better. Or do you not actually care about the customers experience? Lame! read more

Note: this review is solely based on their drive up/curbside pick up service. For the past few months I've been ordering on the Walmart app. I order all of my groceries for the week. The app is so easy to use and this location always seem to have most of the items I'm looking for. Another reason I chose this location is because they carry spam! They don't often have it in stock, but when they do I make it a point to purchase it! Usually when I order I only have to be substituted items a few times. They basically change out the item you wanted for something similar or for an item you chose to be substituted. As far as customer service, the guys that bring out my groceries to the car are always so nice. This past time I went they asked if I wanted the eggs up front with me in a safer place so they didn't crack. They also went over my substitutions with me and checked if I wanted to add anything to my order. They even took it as far to ask if I wanted them to close the tailgate on the truck. They were also outside within seconds of me pulling into the stall. I will continue to order curbside from this location! read more

We finally quit shopping at this location because the check-out process has become ridiculous. First, they closed all of the self-check lanes at the west end of the store, then they closed half of the self-check lanes at the east end of the store, then they closed the remaining self-check lanes. Absolutely the worst of the worst. I made the mistake of stopping in for a couple of grocery items (such as Impossible vegan "ground beef"), and will never come back here again. The store appears to be clean, well-lit, and items are clearly labeled, but that's where the positives end. Despite there not seeming like a large number of shoppers at the time, the lines at the cash registers were obscenely long. I literally stood in line for over twenty minutes, listening to others in line behind me (and in adjacent lines) complaining loudly that "they need to open more registers". The one behind me was particularly obnoxious about it, and the frustrated customer in front of me eventually responded with, "They really need to shut up". I understand the frustration, but being stuck between a growing argument is not fun, especially since the cause of the argument could have been completely avoided had the business had enough registers open (which they absolutely should have, so this situation was completely preventable). After a literal twenty-minute wait in line, the cashier started coughing loudly (a wet, hacky cough), and exclaimed, "These allergies are killing me". I could have lived with that, but she then proceeded to reach into her pocket, pull out a container of Tic-Tacs, pour a few into the palm of her hand, pick them up with her thumb and fingers, reach under her neck gaiter, insert them into her mouth, and immediately started grabbing my groceries with the same hand to pass them over the scanner. I told her it was nothing personal, but with her not sanitizing her hand that was just in her mouth before grabbing my groceries, I didn't want the groceries any longer. She became very indignant and defensive, so, I simply walked away, and asked the person checking receipts at the door to see a manager (I know you can't teach people common sense, but this was clearly a health concern and attitude that may be able to be adjusted). After repeated attempts, and ten minutes of waiting with no response from any level of management, her suggestion was for me to call when I got home. I did just this, and gave up after forty minutes of repeated, "I don't know why they're not picking up" from the person who kept answering the phone when it would ring their station after no response. There is no excuse in the world for this lack of concern for a business's customers, and such businesses do not deserve my patronage, nor do they deserve anybody else's. I am a woman shopping with my 2 year old son. A man in a grey short sleeve and black sports hat yelled at me that I will be trespassed from across the parking lot while I was loading my car. This worker had no Walmart uniform on, and also concealed his name badge. I was confused at this man yelling and my response was you can check with the clerk, I had two receipts for my items. Went in to speak with a manager to clear it up. Main issue being professional and following procedures, if someone was stealing then verify beforehand. The employee who was not wearing a Walmart vest and concealed his badge was standing beside the manager, also interrupting me while I was speaking. There are never any checkers waiting to check out your purchases, the lights are always off thus forcing you to check yourself out. I'm an elderly person with health issues so getting help with check out is what I need. I feel as though they do this to avoid having to pay checkers. By having customers wait on themselves Walmart gets to save all of that money. It's absolutely horrible, shame on you Walmart!! Employee 1344 does not deserve to be in customer service. Heck, she doesn't deserve to be in public. Extremely rude. She said "I will not process your exchange because of your attitude" Here was my attitude: I stood in line for forever at customer service waiting to exchange a color on an item I bought. She was chatting away with an off duty employee while processing her check or something. Took forever and I was in a hurry. But ok, I'll wait my turn no big deal. Finally when I came up to exchange, I asked if I should grab the item I'm exchanging for. She said yes, LESS THAN 30 seconds later I was back with an item and behold - 1344 was standing with the lady who was in life after me. Seeing my confused look, 1344 says "I'll be right with you after I help this lady". And turns back to other customer and they're looking around in her phone for an item. And I'm just standing there, again, waiting. Finally my patience ran dry because let's agree, this is not fair? So I said calmly "with all due respect, may I just process my exchange? I'm in a hurry" and 1344 says I WONT BE PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE BECAUSE OF YOUR ATTITUDE. I asked what attitude? And immediately apologized to the lady who was supposed to be after me, saying "no disrespect I just waited for a long time", and I also said no disrespect to the employee. To which she rolled her eyes and silently processed my exchanged with very negative attitude. It was disgusting. I ordered two Skorts online. I ordered in person and gave the order number and sizes. When I received it I found two skorts but the sizes were 2 sizes too small. I even had the pick up clerk order it right there. The in-person employees were patient and great. The online do need to change to instead of paying for the items online. If delivering to the store, be picked up at the store and pay for the correct items. Or, have a online kiosk to order at the pick up store: machine just like the self serve grocery line: use card in store & print out order, pay cash in store and print out order. Hence, print out order to be shown to pick up area. Also to re-order if wrong item. It saves time, would be easier than online. Thank you for your time. read more

Hey it's Walmart. The stores are generally HUGE and busy so I typically avoid them. This is a brand new store and it is not yet on the local radar so it is not as busy as the other four Walmarts in the area... yet. It is pretty close to where I live so I have gone in for groceries a coupe of times. Walmart has fair prices for groceries but not the lowest in town by any stretch. The grocery selection is also pretty thin. Staff at this location has been friendly and attentive. Many people don't like Walmart, they are the world's largest retailer so they are often the target of anti-capitalists. So beit. Truly atrocious experience. Looked online and found weider cast iron kettlebell for 23.99 The website said it was in stock,available to pick up at this location. I came here, I grabbed one off the shelf. At checkout I am told that they cannot price match. Their own website!!! The reason being is that they say it is out of stock online??? I say it's not out of stock online and I can buy it online right now and select pickup at this store. They agree with me that I can do that, but continue to tell me that they cannot price match because it is out of stock online. Wtf?????? I ask how it can be out of stock online but I can still buy it online. I talked with several different people, a young lady named Brenda being the top of the food chain here. She insists that the reason they cannot price match is because it is out of stock online, and also tells me that I can purchase it online and select store pick up and wait up to an hour for the order to come through. These two things contradict each other!!!!!! How am I ordering and paying for it if it is out of stock!!!!?????? I ask her if she thinks this is good customer service. She refuses to answer but does say if she was in my shoes she would just leave because she is impatient. This review is more directed at their Subway than the Walmart itself, but I'll get to the Walmart part of things in a second. This Subway is probably the worst one I have ever been to. The girls working there clearly didn't know what they were doing. The guy in front of me went in to order their new pulled pork and one of the girls kept arguing with him telling him they didn't have pulled pork, even though there were 3 signs behind her that said they did. Finally they found the pork, and she didn't even apologize. Upon taking my order (a salad) they were very skimpy on the ingredients. I asked for tomatoes and they grabbed ONE slice and said if I wanted more, they'd have to charge me extra. My fiance ordered a sub and when he asked for spinach on his, the one girl grabbed 2 pieces/leaves of spinach and ripped them into thirds and placed that on the sandwich. Again, when asked for more, she said it would be extra. By the time the salad was finished and they stuck it in the to go box, the salad took up only about half of it and I could see the bottom (for those who dont know, the salad should fill the container). Then we purchased a couple of cookies which she STILL got the order wrong on...and gave us the wrong cookies. The girls seemed highly overwhelmed, poorly trained, and very clueless. They didn't know their menu, and were unsure of how to make the sandwiches and salads. Now for the Walmart, it's not the best location I have been to. Like many Walmarts, they tend to not have enough check-out lanes open...which baffles me, since I see many employees standing around chatting during my visits there. I went to buy a piece of jewelry today, and stood at the jewelry counter for 10 minutes before I finally had to go search for someone...they told me they would be along soon, only I wound up waiting and waiting and they never came. I came in with my 34 year old wife and 3 year old toddler to buy household items and groceries for dinner. $70 later, the extremely rude checker refused to sell "Me, the purchaser" a pack of Negra Modelo (beer) because my wife didn't have her I.D. on her. My wife and child left the premises and I went back to grab some additional produce and a pack of Negra Modelo alone. While checking out at another check stand, another person came over and said I could not buy the beer unless my wife returned to the store to show her Identification. I will never shop at this Wal-Mart again! They claimed it was Wal-Mart policy and I've been to numerous other locations for groceries, without having this ridiculous claim. I will never exchange my hard earned cash for product here again, and if it is indeed Wal-Mart policy as a whole, you have lost my business forever. What exactly is the statute of limitations of not selling to me because my wife was wearing workout pants without pockets? Hours, Days, Years? Do you need my 3 year old's I.D. too?
