I am so upset, I bought this item for my son's bingo birthday party and based on how it was listed I assumed this would be 35 dollars as it says on the tag. I got to check out, the young lady cut off the tag and ripped off the tag in the other section and proceeds to charge me without telling me the price. I paid and she handed me a recipe to sign and I go "whoa it's suppose to be 35, why does this say 80?" She just goes the additional bag cost extra. I was frustrated and confused and sat in my car looking at all the items but his party is tomorrow so I don't want to leave empty handed. How can a bag of bingo cards and wood pieces that don't even go with the roller cost 50 extra dollars. Online states there are no refunds but I feel like this was a huge misrepresentation of pricing and I'll be disputing this charge. Wanted to warn everyone read more

I enjoyed thrifting and treasure hunting so decided to stop in. I wasnt overly impressed. The prices are quite high. Some of the items are priced like new items. $22 for a small plain white shelf I could get at Target. $50 for some shelves I could get on Amazon. I wouldn't pay like new prices for used, sorry. They have antiques as well but also priced very high, is it worth it? Maybe to someone. Also it has a bit of a strange smell, I was getting a bit nauseous. On the bright side the shop is organized and they have a wide variety of items but it wasnt for me. read more

I found an item on their ebay site I wanted to buy. I indicated I lived in Vancouver also & wanted to be able to pick up in store instead of having to pay the $9.10 shipping cost! When I asked why they were not willing to allow me to pick up in store, they would not respond! I found this ridiculous since I live here & didn't even get an explanation as to why they would not welcome me coming to store to purchase directly. Treasure Trove has a amazing variety, it's a cross of a antique store, and a modern shop. With items all the way from 1950, mixed with items that are brand new. Very cute clothes that are priced certainly 60% of what they'd sell in retail. Cute jewelry as well. I got my Graduation dinner dress here. The reviews stating that the store wasn't open when they popped in have to realize the store is open based on customer demand. If you come in during January when people are still recovering from overspending on Christmas, it's not going to be open as late as if everyone's tax returns just hit. The store is almost always open before 4. Just come in then. Small businesses can't pay employees during hours where people are not in the store, that's silly. I heard great things about this store but unfortunately I couldn't get in. The posted hours say it opens at 11 AM on Saturday, my girlfriend and I drove all the way and waited for thirty minutes until 11:30, no response on the phone, the store was totally closed. Highly unprofessional. read more

I have several paintings in my home purchased from this store. Real painting, not prints. Some small, the largest is about 65 inches across all of which very low price for what I bought. I have also purchased a few other items and some clothes. I have been very happy with my shopping at this store. read more

Showed up at 5:40 pm on 7/15/2023, the sign on the door said they were open, and the open neon sign was still on. As we walked to the door, a girl promptly ran up to the door and stopped us from entering saying they were closed. Pretty obvious she just didn't want to help us and go home 20 mins early. I thrift multiple times daily and I will never again return to this business. read more

My parents also got some furniture and some vintage finds that we all greatly appreciate every time we see them in our house. Very reasonable prices also! Many updates for this place, big inventory and really fair prices. They have been updating and revamping several areas in the store. Always a preference for me to be able to shop locally and support neighbors instead of corporate giants. The owner has been in business ten years, they are adding a " man cave" area I can hardly wait to see. read more

Some nice stuff but not much of it, mostly stuff from God knows when and where. Everything has that thrift store smell that you can't get rid of easily. Also, everything is way overpriced, deeper plastic lazy Susan $7.99!!!! I thought it was for two, because they were stacked together but nope, one is $7.99, not even big in diameter, wow. Overhead the I'm thinking it's a owner talking to the lady about the price of some picture and when she said the price he's response was "don't you think it should be lower to get it out faster?" She did think for a bit and then agreed with him but boy, they need to realize that at the end of the day they are just a thrift store nothing more. $7.99 for a little plastic tray hahha read more

I have been in here twice now and this store does have a lot of nice things but most of the pricing is a bit too high for my pocketbook. I see other reviewers commenting on the clothing but in my opinion, there isn't much clothing displayed at all. The main focus seems to be furniture, household goods and home decor. Since the whole store is consignment, I am not sure how the items are priced. I was shocked at how high some prices were when other items seemed to be reasonably priced. They do have some very nice things, but I also found it odd that they did not have a lot of Christmas items displayed when I went in a week or two before Christmas. I might go back when I stop at Bi-Mart and take a look around, but I will not go out of my way to shop here. I think I am better off at one of the many thrift stores in town. read more

I love the Treasure Trove! Every time I go there I find the best hidden gems, for ridiculously low prices. I can't even go to Goodwill anymore because I am so spoiled by this place. I have been shopping there and consigning items there for about 5 years now, and have never had a bad experience. Every time I go in I have some money on my account to use towards my shopping, which is nice since I inevitably always find several items I love. The staff could not be sweeter or more friendly and helpful. They even offer to carry your items out to your car for you. It is my favorite store in Vancouver. Love it! read more

This is a great little consignment shop! They have clothes and jewelry and furniture and books and even pots and pans! The prices are so good-I just bought a pair of true religion jeans for $12.99. I asked the girl at the counter why they were so cheap and she said they opened because they wanted people to get good items for good prices, while helping families make money. How cool is that! Treasure Trove is no longer at this location. They have moved by Bi-Mart on 4th Plain and 117th Ave. This is my favorite place to go to find cute and inexpensive clothing and furnishings! They have just about everything you can think of, clothing, toys, decorations, furniture, jewelry, crafts, and more! They also consign your stuff, and give you a generous amount back. This is a small family owned store and the owner is almost always there, she is one of the nicest people i have ever met. Their kids are also there a lot and always willing to help you find something, or play with your kids to keep them busy. LOVE this place!!!!! read more

they stole everything I consigned there and now I am forced to do a personal lawsuit in order to recover the items or damages for them refusing to return non sold items. do not do business with this store; you will be sorry. every time I tried to get my things I was given excuses and to return on another day where I was given more excuses. as of now, they've stolen $2000. they sold me a comforter they knew was seriously damaged and every time I tried to lay it open to view it, the owners daughter closed it up because they knew I wouldn't buy something destroyed. when I tried to return it the next day, the owner claimed she could fix it with a steamer which turned into weeks and she still had not done it. I then took it to cleaners and none said they could fix it without making it worse. when I took it back, she demanded I find the receipt first; I returned the next day and her daughter attacked me saying I waited too long. the owner then offered me $30 when I paid $45 for it she also told me to never enter the store again so now I am forced to sue to get the monies or all the items they refused to return to me. many other consigners told me the same thing; they could not get their items back from this store. apparently shoppers giving good reviews are clearly unaware of theft of consigners items. read more
