The sofa I looked at had a sale price of $999 and a store closing price of $798. I swear I saw this sofa at another store for $599. So high prices, friendly staff, and a fake store closing sale. Flexsteel would only increase the leg height of the ottoman (already legs higher than the loveseat) to remedy the situation even though it was an unacceptable solution. They took my old couch and put my new one together. They were quick and very kind. I paid for the takeaway over the phone, and once I got my delivery, I paid off the couch on SNAP financing.
