Here's how it felt to me: - Luxurious Setting: The store is elegantly designed with carefully curated furniture pieces. Soft lighting highlights the fine details of beautifully crafted tables, plush sofas, and intricate decor. - Aesthetic Appeal: The ambiance is inviting and serene, with well-thought-out displays that make you imagine how the furniture would look in your home. - Indifferent Staff: Salespeople are present, but they seem preoccupied. The juxtaposition of the store's luxurious, inviting decor with the indifferent, almost cold demeanor of the staff creates an unsettling contrast. Weird vibe here. I left without making a purchase. I do want to point out that the City Home store on 1101 SE 3rd Ave. inPortland doesn't share this vibe. I'll just go there next time.
