The in-store furniture selection is great and really fits our style, however, having the correct furniture delivered has been an absolute nightmare! We bought three pieces of furniture and all three delivered pieces were wrong! This is 100% the fault of Furniture Connexion and not the 3rd party delivery service, which was great. We drove all the way back to the store and let them know, which they hastily notated and scheduled another delivery. A few days later our furniture was re-delivered and still one of the pieces was completely the wrong piece! The store called an hour later to schedule for next day delivery, which is now today, so I decided to write a review while I wait. It's incredibly frustrating that we've had to rearrange our work schedules three different times now for delivery, fingers crossed it won't be four. ***edit*** Furniture Connexion contacted me soon after posting the review to remedy the issue. Terrific customer service and sincerity still goes a long way. Thank you!

Metal trim bent up, will not pound down, metal needs to be replaced.

Rating 2 stars for the decent furniture, I purchased a bed frame in October and the pieces didn't exactly line up like they should have, but being a carpenter, I was able to make it work. Rating 1 star for customer service. My wife went to pick up our bed frame, and after realizing it wouldn't fit in the back of our 4Runner with the seats down, I was on my way to meet her with some straps so we could throw it on the roof rack and tie it down. To my surprise, when I arrived at furniture connexions the bed was already shoved in the rear cargo area, because they ensured my wife they could make it fit. What they didn't say, was that they could make it fit without damage to our car. When I unloaded the cardboard boxes containing the bedframe, I noticed a large scrape on my roofliner, which I was able to buff out, and a long scrape on the back of the rear seat that was folded down and it popped the metal trim up about an inch. After contacting the GM Lorrie, he ensured me would make it right and have an upholstery employee fix it. He then told me his upholstery guy wasn't able to fix it, and I should get an estimate. I scheduled an appointment and got the repair quoted for about $518. Then after 2 weeks, I got a long message from corporate saying they won't pay for it because they're not at fault. After emailing them again, I haven't gotten a call or response for over 3 months now. I feel I have given them plenty of time to do the right thing, even going out of my way to get my own estimate for them (because they asked me to) just to get rejected. If they advertise on their website that they will help load furniture, I would assume they would take responsibility to take reasonable care loading items. Put simply, this is just not fair. I would recommend looking for furniture elsewhere and save your self the time, hassle, and misery.

Our new furniture!

We went out furniture shopping but just looking for colors and ideas with no intention of purchasing that day. This was the second store we stopped at. The gal working was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Their prices are fantastic. We found something we loved and bought it that day. They delivered it 3 days later at 8 am for free. The delivery guys were very nice as well. They have a great selection and I was thrilled I didn't have to wait 6-8 weeks for an order! I only put it as 4 star not 5 because while signing paperwork, the area was messy with pizza boxes, drinks etc. just seemed a little unprofessional. Otherwise an amazing experience!!!!

The goal was to test out all different styles and features until we decided what we liked. All different price points. Our current couch is 15 years old and it's time to replace it. My son fell in love with a corduroy pull out sectional with a "Cuddler" corner at Furniture Shack, and no other ones were up to snuff. He would not stop talking about the potential movie nights we could have on this couch. We went back to Furniture Shack the next day to sit on the couch again to confirm that it "had enough sink, Mom" and that's when we met Brett. He was super low pressure and they have the most adorable Yorkies eveeerrrrr. No snakey salesman pitch, no trying to push you into a sale. He sat and chatted and was down to earth and so easy to work with. What an honest, respectable business you operate, sir. We purchased the sectional and will continue to spread the word of your business. Very affordable pricing, and trust me when I say it's the best bang for your buck; we literally did all the footwork. I'll update this review with our first movie night after it's set up in a couple weeks!

I can't begin to express the amount of emotional trauma this purchase has cost us. It's been 2 years and yet nothing has been resolved. we paid extra for a warranty so we had coverage for the first year to return it and 5 years for repairs. They broke the first time I sat on them, mind you I am 120 and 4'4. As the team that set up the couches then left, my husband asked me to sit on the couch and see how the lumbar of the couch works and it broke right then and there. I called to have them fixed or returned and it took them over 8 months to come out and finally do something. They replaced the broken piece in the couch even after I said I wanted to return them because their quality is terrible. They told me they already ordered new pieces therefore that will not be possible. New ones came in and again they broke, almost the same time frame with the same problem. We contacted them again and it's been well over a year now and still hasn't been fixed or taken back. Mind you we call them on the regular and there's always an excuse why they weren't able to reach out. Like the employee was fired, the company is under new management so they will have to start the process. One of the most popular is to call back in 2 weeks if you haven't heard back. They sent a man named Gary to investigate the problem. He told me the problem was me because of my height. I have been diagnosed with X link, hypophosphatemia rickets I am not a midget nor a dorf. He had me show him how I sat down on the couch and stared pointing out how my height is the root of the problem. He said they had seen this before when small kids break couches and that is why the couch was broken. He had me go around sitting on the couches and see if they would break or if my height was making them imbalanced for about 20 mins reclining and getting off and on. I was half in tears and felt humiliated. The whole visit was about me and my disabilities not the fact that their couch broke the first time It was reclined. He would start by saying "I don't like to point fingers at customers, however" every time he was to blame me for the broken part. He brought me to tears and when I asked then why are you pointing fingers at me constantly, he started to head toward the door and said, "Well I have to go see another crazy lady because of JR Furniture". His choice of words was hurtful and very subject to my disability, not just humiliating me, but straight being discriminative to my disabilities relating me to a child... I highly doubt that a recliner can break the first time you sit in it because you are short. I called to make a complaint about how I was humiliated by their handyman Gary. When I told the manager Edward Lange what was told and what Transpired he blew up laughing "HAHAHHAHAHAHAAHAH BUT THAT'S SO FUNNY " He stated "Let me call you back in the next 2 weeks" It has been about a month. I am sick to my stomach and shocked how a manager could find any of this remotely funny. I feel humiliated unheard and discriminated against. I can try and come up with excuses for Gary all day long but I can't come up with a single one for Edward! He has no business being in his line of work if you think any of this is hilarious. I got the most unprofessional and idiotic call from Big Sky Upholstery NW regarding the word choices Gary used and the blame game he played. The lady who called was Gary's MOTHER, she called on his behalf and told me that it was me who misunderstood him and that he would never say something like that, basically calling me a liar. "I know my son he would never say something like that, he knows how to talk to customers". Honestly, these couches are the worst thing I bought! I hate them and what they have over my head now. It is astonishing how disrespectful and disgusting all these staff members have been to me. They are avoiding their end of the deal. You're screwing me over for two years now dragging out something that could have been done in weeks. I have useless recliners in my house since about July 2022. If you value your hard-earned money and your mental and emotional health please don't go to them. This has been a nightmare full of anxiety and regret.

Last week I when and buy a end tables for my bedroom , tables in the end were too big for my bedroom I call them the day after I pick them up and found they hay a zero return policy , the assistant manager swear he cover that with me ! Total lie ! Stay away from this place ! What a joke !

Sam helped me from beginning to end and the process has been easy, comfortable- Sam knows his stuff about the furniture and was able to offer recommendations on what looks nice together and what would go with the room better. When you're ordering custom furniture that is potentially lifetime pieces it's nice to have the knowledge on what looks good, what stands the test of time, and just overall guidance on the process. If you are looking for high-quality furniture that's made to your specifications Sam is the guy to see and Michael's is the place to get it! Thank you, Sam, I appreciate all your help. Also highly recommend the country collections line, made in America. It's high-quality furniture and while the cost is more expensive than standard mass produced imported furniture it's worth the extra spend for the quality and supporting American companies.

Horrible service. We purchased a bed frame and night stand. We were told it was in stock and later…read morefound out that wasn't true. We were told delivery date. We never received any time frame. It wasn't delivered. 3 weeks in a row we were told it would be delivered. We put off weekend plans so we could be at home as we were told it would be delivered. We spoke to 3 different people about the issue including managers. In the end we cancelled our order. We were tired of getting jerked around. I cannot recommend this place at all.
