    I bought my dream furniture from Sans Midman all thanks to Lisa. When I went into the store I was not in a good mood, and underwhelmed by their choices in stock. A nice employee found me looking disgruntled walking around, and I told her that I wasn't finding the items I was envisioning for my new apartment. She told me she would find a sales staff to help me find what I was looking for. In comes Lisa. I show her pictures of the kind of bed set and sofa I am looking for and BOOM - she finds me several selections and I end up finding everything I was looking for and more. My couch is quite the statement piece. It is ginormous - literally 3 basketball players could comfortably fit on here -- it's the ultimate "Netflix and chill" (by myself) couch. My bed set is equally as elaborate. It's a modern, sophisticated solid platform bed with storage and an awesome nightstand. The cost was competitive and included the shipping, delivery and assembly charges. The only issue I had was out of Sans Midman control and my sofa took nearly 12 weeks to deliver. It had to do with politics at the port in California, and then an Act of God with the "snowstorm" we had here; I do not blame Sans Midman for it. I communicated with them regularly to try to get my furniture delivered. Now that it's finally here, it's a dream come true. I wholeheartedly offer my praise and recommendation to Sans Midman for your furniture needs.

    My favorite furniture store to deal with. Clean, uncluttered, and they really do have the best prices in town. We've bought from there several times in the past year since they opened. Angela is always pleasant to deal with. For instance, their price on the CrownMark brand "Carson" 5-piece dining set (part number 2180) beats out even other discount furniture stores that maintain low overhead to offer low prices. We've purchased five of these dinette sets for our new vacation rental units over the past three years, and as they are made out of solid wood and not a fiberboard/pulped product we find them to be the sturdiest and last the longest, not to mention look better than other sets. We bought our first set from Pacific Lifestyle Furniture in Hillsboro a couple of years ago for $279, but Sans Midman has them for $257.

We told him what we were looking for & what type of bed we didn't really like. From the knowledge we learned at the first store, we knew we wanted a spring mattress not memory foam. So he had us lay on his most popular one. It was a bit out of our price range so he had us try something similar for a lower price & also another one at an even lower price. He also suggested we try the hybrid which is foam on he top layer, spring on bottom. We liked that as well. We narrowed it down to the hybrid & middle price point spring, but in the end chose the spring. We were told that the king size would have to be ordered & that it would take 2 weeks. Delivery was free, unlike the first place we visited. JC was great, he wasn't pushy & we didn't feel pressured to buy it. We got a call in just 1.5 weeks that it was ready. They communicated well the night before the timeframe they'd be coming & when they were about 10 minutes. A very quick easy drop off. Last night was our first night with the bed, & ohhhh it's so nice. Our dog sleeps in our bed & we all have space now without feeling cramped. We had a great nights sleep. We were interested in a clearance mattress that was being discontinued, and after spending time in the store testing several models, I decided to purchase it. The system showed that one mattress was still available in inventory, so I went ahead and completed the purchase. A few days later, I received confirmation that my mattress would be shipped and delivery was scheduled. Unfortunately, just before delivery, we were contacted and told that the mattress was no longer in stock and that the inventory system had been incorrect. This was extremely disappointing. From what I understand, this issue happens because the system tracks items based on logical counts rather than real-time physical verification. It seems that the warehouse and retail systems don't always sync immediately, so an item can appear available even when it's not. This creates unnecessary frustration for customers and damages trust, especially when buying clearance or limited-stock items. That said, I want to highlight James, the Assistant Manager, who was incredibly professional, accommodating, and understanding throughout this situation. He went out of his way to help us find another mattress that suited our needs and offered us a great deal to make things right. Thanks to James, we still left the store feeling taken care of and confident in our final choice. If Mattress Firm wants to improve customer satisfaction and trust, they should think about transitioning and investing in a more reliable inventory tracking system that syncs warehouse and store data in real time. Adding a verification step before finalizing purchases would also help ensure that items shown as "in stock" are truly available. Incorporating technologies like RFID scanning or AI-based inventory forecasting could help prevent these errors altogether. These improvements would go a long way toward reducing cancellations and allowing great employees like James to keep delivering the excellent service that keeps customers coming back. Despite all of this, we've tossed our old bed aside and have been thoroughly enjoying our new Beautyrest. If you ever come across needing a new mattress, ask for James!

" once we had looked around sufficiently, she approached asking a few question to guate our level of interest in purchasing. Once she knew we were interested in make a purchase she walked us slowly toward what we were looking for as it pertained to sleep style, level of firmness etc. we gave her the budget we were working with and she went to work. Between some light conversation and us laying awkwardly on the bed in from the the associate, we arrived to a decision and made the purchase. The prices range of course so make certain you go in with a budget unless money is no object to you.

Some of the stores I visited had mattresses so dirty, I wouldn't touch them let alone lie down on one! Since I bought my last mattress from Mattress Firm at Cascade Station while they were under a different name, I decided to go back there. I'm so glad I did! I was lucky enough to work with Amanda, who is up to date and knowledgeable on the new technologies and able to explain it. Rather than push me towards a specific mattress, she asked questions and listened to my needs and then pointed me to just a few to test and hone pd in on my version of comfort. Amanda is customer oriented and really knows her stuff! I bought my new mattress and I gave it a few weeks but it felt too hard. I wanted Firm but this was really hard. I went back to the store and Amanda explained that it does take awhile to break in a new bed. She recommended a topper for the break-in period. She was more than happy to do an exchange, but explained that if I went for a less Firm bed that immediately felt comfortable, when it was broken in, it would be too soft. So I followed her recommendation and got a topper and have slept so comfortably ever since! Not only does the topper give me that little bit of cushion, it has a cooling pad which counteracts the heat that most new mattresses give off. Sales people are always nice when selling you something, but not all are accommodating when issues arise. Amanda is consistent! She is there to help customers make the best choice based on their unique needs. She truly wants customers to have the best experience both in the store and when they get their bed home. Amanda is professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented and just a delight to work with transforming what can be an unpleasant experience into a painfree, hassle free fun experience.
