I see other reviewers commenting on the clothing but in my opinion, there isn't much clothing displayed at all. The main focus seems to be furniture, household goods and home decor. Since the whole store is consignment, I am not sure how the items are priced. I was shocked at how high some prices were when other items seemed to be reasonably priced. They do have some very nice things, but I also found it odd that they did not have a lot of Christmas items displayed when I went in a week or two before Christmas. I might go back when I stop at Bi-Mart and take a look around, but I will not go out of my way to shop here. I think I am better off at one of the many thrift stores in town.

They've rearranged the store with narrow aisles and no sense of organization. Items are disheveled. The store seems grimy....not at all what it was like before and with loud gawdawful hard rock music that just would not end. It used to be so pristine and everything was displayed beautifully. Trying to find someone to ask a question was challenging and the answer was often "I don't know." I called all this week to ask one question...no one picked up. It just sent you to voicemail or a phone tree. NO one wants to wait for a callback just to get a quick answer to one simple question. (and, yes, I know that most folks work here as volunteers, but it has always been that way.) How sad it is to see this cute little store on the decline. Please bring back the manager who kept this store such a fun and personable place to shop. Doubt I'll be back....even to donate. Name brand items were in the store merchandise displayed well and space was clean and well organized. Labels in the store made it easy to navigate my way around. Value of the items seemed reasonable and well priced. I returned to the store a few times after and consign items with Plato's. Before you leave the store you can get paid or a merchandise credit. They don't accept everything you drop off.

The only reason I didn't end up buying anything was because I know for an absolute fact that I could get a brand new Columbia jacket for the exact same price at the outlet across the street. Pretty much all of their jackets were marked $25, which is how much they go on sale for brand new at the outlet. But if I struck out at the outlet or needed a specific color/pattern windbreaker for a party/event or something, then I would definitely come back here. I did not experience any of the issues with snotty customer service or a bad smelling store that other reviewers complained about. I actually thought it smelled pretty decent for a consignment store/Oregon. The girls at the counter greeted me when I came in and told me to have a nice day when I left. To be fair, I wasn't trying to sell anything, but, as a consumer, I appreciated their very specific brand/style curation. One of the other reviewers was complaining that they didn't buy her used non-brand-name clothes--like-- girl, duh.
