By far the worst store in Tyler mall and rudest staff no good service there just awful customer service.

She clearly thought I was out of my mind...even though I had called in my prescription and received confirmation via email and text. My wife asked the pharmacist for assistance on over-the-counter medication for one of her children. The pharmacist had a suggestion and gave us a general description as to where this item might be in the store. We had a stocking clerk helping us for quite a few minutes and found nothing. Finally, the pharmacist came out and it took her all of 15 seconds to find the item. Hope this place returns to the great customer service we started going there for in the first place.

I have to get a lot of prescriptions for my husband and myself for a lot of different reasons and eight times out of 10 we have had nothing but trouble we call make sure it's there. They say that the prescription is ready and we get there and it's not ready. It's not even close to being ready sometimes it's the next day before it's ready. It's not worth coming to this store. I promise you just trust me. You will have problems if you use the store a lot like we do. They say they're open 24 hours a day and they are closed for 30 minutes out of each 12 hours 1:30 to 2 which is fine. Everybody has to have a break but they're understaffed. They have way too many prescriptions coming in and they never have the medicine here that they need. It's just a nightmare. I go to Kinseys Pharmacy been going there for 20 years never ever had even one problem. And they actually notify you at Kinseys and Family First in Flint. We have never had any issues with them, but I'm gonna tell you what Walgreens I can't wait until December I will be changing. Rest assured, I will be reading the reviews on the next Pharmacy before I choose for 2027. Other thing every time I've been here there's been at least one other person in line that goes through what I'm going through and if you talk to people that are in line and ask them if they've had a easy time here 7 times out of 10 you're gonna get (No the same stuff they don't notify you when it's ready and if you called to find out if it's ready, they'll tell you it's ready, but it's not ready). The lines are long inside and outside doesn't matter. Well, I hope you don't have to go through what I've gone through to realize how bad this (Walgreens Pharmacy on Reick Rd. on South Broadway 5415 in Tyler Texas) is.

If there was a 0 star rating, I'd give it, but there's nothing lower than a 1. Fuck this piece of shit so called establishment, just about all the employees are never any help and completely clueless if you can even track one down to try to help you in the first place because they're always sitting around slacking off and on their phones, or it's "not their department". It's always understaffed at nighttime, and employees stocking brush you off like you're irritating them. This is by far the WORST one in town, I hate going here. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time by not going here. read more

Furthermore, they won't allow you to roll a shopping cart out to your vehicle without a "team member" follow you out and standing there behind your back, angry-faced, and likely passive aggressively, or directly aggressively, only to take your cart and probably without simple courtesy. If they want to assist taking out groceries, that is fine, but, if a patron declines that service, stalking them out anyway is inappropriate. When the "team member" is aggressive or seemingly angry for no apparent reason in my mind that is a perceived threat and could be considered assault- particularly to an elderly person. No thank you. for me, I will drive on past Brookshires to another supermarket. This same thing has happened to me more than once at Brookshires in Whitehouse. Too many other options for shopping nearby to have to subject oneself to that. Thank you, but, no thank you.
