The cashiers, depending on who you get, can be super rude, unhelpful and even argumentative. I still don't understand the deal with their plastic bags - are they charging for them, or giving you a credit for bringing your own bags, or what? I wish I didn't have to shop here, but Aldi doesn't sell certain vegetables that they do have here. Can't buy anything besides that though - it's just too expensive.

I brought my 2008 Ford Explorer XLT V6 to the Walmart Auto Care Center at this location for a…read moresimple battery replacement. The vehicle was running fine before service -- the check engine light was on, but it was fully drivable. After the battery was installed, the vehicle would not start in the parking lot. Once I finally got it running, it immediately went into limp mode, stalled at low RPM, and threw multiple electrical faults. A manager on site filed an incident report, and I was told Walmart Claims would contact me. I received zero communication -- no phone call, no email, nothing -- even after being promised a follow-up by Friday and then Monday prior to Thanksgiving. My vehicle has been completely disabled since this incident. This has caused lost wages, financial strain, and disruption in daily responsibilities, including transporting my children to school and my partner to work. Tractor Supply has generously helped us temporarily, but this cannot continue indefinitely. Based on a personal code reader, the vehicle is showing multiple electrical and sensor failures, including O2 sensors, fuel rail pressure sensor, EGR control circuit, and EVAP purge control circuit. These codes strongly indicate damage caused during battery installation or improper electrical handling. Walmart corporate needs to take responsibility for this preventable damage. I would not recommend this Auto Care Center to anyone, as the combination of serious technical errors and complete lack of follow-up has caused enormous personal and financial hardship.

I can describe her older short white lady with grey/white hair, and she had glasses on. This was my first time going to this store, and will probably be my last due to this "trash customer service experience". I went to this store to find "better for you" nutri grain bars. As I looked through the aisles some of the brands were not very unfamiliar, so I took a photo of a box of bars, to text a photo to a friend to see if they heard / no of this brand. As I was did that the "educational manager" asked me if I was a instacart shopper. I said I was not, then turned back around. She then said I saw you taking photos, and since you are not an instacart shopper you cant. I told here why I was doing it ( to text a photo to a friend to see if they heard / no of this brand ). I then ask is she the manager, she said she is the educational manager. I then ask who is the manager, she then leaves to go get the manager. The manager comes, and just stands there and she follows behind. I then explain what I was doing, and he didnt say anything. The lady then says I got the manager so that things do not escalate. I then say I didnt ask for a manager, you just left and got one. She said I didnt know why you were talking photos, ( even through I told her why ), and I didnt know if you was talking photos and going to another store. She then say as long as you are not doing that its fine. I then say, "that is not what you said". You said I cant take photos because I'm not an instacart shopper, she then changed her story up because of the manager being right there. So in reality this lady was harassing me because she was suppositious of a black man taking photos in the store, once again ( even through I told her why ). This lady should be fired, and educated.

There is no happiness or good vibes in this store in Tyler. It is a very unhappy, sad store. This one in Tyler needs to have the corporate office step in to revive the place. I was the only one in the parking lot --about 10 minutes later, there were about three other customers. A very somber place. I did not feel welcome. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them---and they wanted me to leave. I like Natural Grocery a lot...and I do not want the company to close its stores because of disgruntled managers.

The customer service was outstanding with staff members who were friendly helpful and quick to assist when I had questions. I was especially impressed by how clean and well organized the store was. Everything was neatly arranged which made shopping efficient and enjoyable. Overall this location stands out for its great selection top notch service and well maintained environment. July 4th I have to go to walmart because the next Smart shopper never showed up with my order once up there at Walmart discovered that the Smart Shopper Stole My order that was worth 683.00 dollars & I had to cancel my order Now I am having to wait 10 or more business days to get my money back to go and buy my groceries. This makes me mad nothing is being done about this I am emotional wrecked, They don't wait to take my money for my order but I have to wait to get it back on their mess ups or their staff stealing and I pay the price not the smart shoppers.
