Not sure who my consultant was but she was very rude and disrespectful towards my mother. She would not listen to what I wanted and basically forced me to try on dresses by not letting me speak. They are amazing and work with your bride to be to make her visit memorable. This was our experience with Brides and Belles in Tyler, Texas. This past Monday, along with my excited daughter, the bride to be, we arrived at Brides and Belles to try on and possibly pick out a wedding dress. IT WAS AWFUL!! The lady helping my daughter was just not into helping us. She didnt pick dresses that were in my daughters size and didn't even clip them so we could see what a good fit would look like. The dresses just hung off her. AND it was sooooo hot in that shop that my 6 year old niece nearly passed out. We asked for water and were told they didn't offer drinks. The lady doing alterations, thankfully, offered us a bottle water from her private belongings. Then my daughter asked my niece for a swallow as she was getting hot as well and the lady helping us about came unglued!! She berated my daughter for taking a sip of water with the wedding dress on and proceeded to shame her for taking a sip of water so she didn't pass out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DRESS SHOP WHATSOEVER!! They are Rude and unprofessional and did not provide a good experience at all.

I'm slowly coming to appreciate the importance of fair trade, so this year I attempted to purchase many of my Christmas presents from fair trade shops. I happened upon Come Together Trading by chance and found a gift that I thought my brother would appreciate. After ordering online, I received the expected receipt/purchase confirmation. However, what I WASN'T expecting was something that appeared in my email inbox a day later: a PERSONAL email from a staff member at Come Together Trading, thanking me for my purchase and for my support of fair trade. Now, I'm not sure if this is standard practice for Come Together Trading, but if it is, it speaks a lot to how much this company values its customers and believes in every purchasing making a difference. Receiving that email made my day, and so I wrote back telling them just that. Within a couple of minutes, I received a reply saying that my reply made THEIR day! What a truly wonderful customer experience.
