Be careful when ordering from this location , I downloaded the app and made my very first purchase from target on 11/30/24 we live an hour and 20 minutes away from this location and the only reason I shopped there was because they showed to have a toy in stock that I wanted to buy for my grandson this Christmas,I made the purchase and set it up for in store pickup and when I got there they tried to give me a toy truck that had the cardboard retapped and had scratches all over it , it was obviously used and brought back to the store so I asked for a different toy and was told to go see if there was another one in stock and if I couldn't find one then I would just have to get a refund, I didn't even bother with getting upset because the employee acted like she didn't even care . Their fulfillment department is horrible, terrible management Cody Schacter is power hungry and treats some of his employees terrible, also had some people lie in HR about me after I wasted 2 and a half years of my life over there. they sub items take forever to get their orders, employees stop and talk all the time which the manager Cody picks and chooses who he wants to get mad at and cause a scene. just terrible work place very toxic do not recommend. read more

I haven't shopped at our local target in years since they had demonic and gay items in their store but I went yesterday with my sister and the store was disgusting. Clothes and shoes were everywhere and it was so hot I could barely stand to be inside. I won't go back. read more

This lady at the checkout is absolutely psychotic. I've been in there many times and each time, in the self checkout, she has hovered over me and treated me like I was going to steal something. She has pink hair and is extremely rude. When I was there she was watching me like a hawk and some 80 year old guy walked out the door without paying for a doctor pepper. She darted toward him and pointed directly at me, to another employee and screamed; "watch him." This is rude, invasive, and absolutely unacceptable. I have never wanted anyone fired but she definitely has zero business out in public. Please move her to a desk job. read more

Thank you to Vincent for helping me find a bicycle today in the bicycle department. I had unsuccessfully tried to have someone called to the bicycle department and flagged down Vincent who dropped what he was doing and came over to assist me. He helped me find the price of the bicycle and he aired up the tires so I could ride it home. I tried to contact someone at Target to give Vincent a positive review but no one seems to answer phones there. read more

Everyone loves target, but this one in particular is a disaster. I went it around 10:30AM and the store was already a mess. Product on the ground, clothes crumpled up on the tables, nothing was hanging it in the correct location and you certainly couldn't find more than one of the same clothing item in the women's section. The checkout area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Just touching the keypad for my transaction payment was gross and sticky. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

I am going more and more to Target over Walmart, I REFUSE to do self checkout and Walmart is trying to FORCE THAT....besides, Target is MUCH cheaper on many items and has MUCH better customer service than Walmart ever THOUGHT about having. Also, ordering from their .com, is SO MUCH better than Walmart!!! At Walmart, you go in, enter your info for your pickup and wait, and wait and wait, and MOST of the time, have to run down a manager to get any help...... NEVER happens at Target for a pickup! I never realized how much better pricing Target had until I started "shopping around" because I'm getting more and more away from Walmart, just assumed they had the better pricing, THEY DO NOT! Being new to the area and state and coming from a area where targets are every where it would be nice if this one was more up to date and they had more than one target in the lindale/Tyler area. Would also like a broader selection of clothing low they have at other target and keep the smaller sizes in the actual store to try on. Customer service could use a HUGE improvement. I love shopping here! I'm physically challenged so I need a scooter. There is always scooters cleaned and charged when I go shopping there. Smiling greeters always welcoming and cleaning. I appreciate the aisles not being blocked by stockers. Seldom empty shelves. Plenty of registers open. Store always clean. read more

Clean building, restrooms and parking lot. Courteous staff and friendly service. Many products are nicer than what is available at Wal-Mart hence higher prices. read more

Disappointed customer. Shopped at Target in Tyler since it opened in the early 80s. Saw circular for this week online and decided to do my Thanksgiving shopping there. Went on Friday the 16th. Saw very few of the sales shown for food and none of the Keurig coffee buy 1 get 1 for 1/2 price. They had the coffee, but no signs. Bought far less than if the specials listed in the circular had been displayed in the store. read more

This is one of the worst Targets I've ever shopped at, I've lived all over the country and none are as sub-par as this one. You stand in the checkout line nearly as long as you shop. There is never anyone anywhere to help you if you have a question. The worst part is, it's the only one in town!!! Super sad for us Target junkies! read more

I've lived next to this Target for two years now and the front outside/parking lot area is and has always been absolutely DISGUSTING. There is garbage all over the place and when you park around on the side of the building it smells like an actual dead body. This really bothers me considering they are in the middle of our neighborhood. read more

Target Mobile is top-drawer. My experience with the tech was beyond all expectations. The team member was very knowledgeable & eager to help with my mobile phone issue which another well-known carrier dismissed right off the bat only wanting sell a phone instead. They have a nice selection of stuff here. Not as many groceries as a Walmart, but they have better selections of clothing, home decor, & electronics than Walmart. It's also much less crowded than Walmart. Fortunately I didn't need to use the restrooms here, since I've heard Target stores have been a major battleground in the "transgender bathroom wars". (This explains why they aren't crowded.) I really don't want to add any fuel to the fire for the bathroom wars, so for my own safety I'll either hold it or you'll hear "Cleanup on aisle 2". read more
