That wasn't a problem even though the person to checkout right in front of me was told his suit alterations would be done within 2 days (he was a VIP customer & I was a first time client) ok I get it. I gave the alterations an extra day and drove over 40 miles to pick up the clothes. After not finding my order the owner went to check with the alterations person. He came out and told me they weren't ready and didn't say when they would be. I expressed that I was told I could pick up my order on Tuesday the 25th and it is now Wednesday afternoon? Again zero information of when a "Non-VIP Customer" could pick-up their clothes. The owners resolve was to refund my money! Not I apologize and will get right on it. No I got the covid excuse of why they couldn't call me to let me know it would be delayed and when I could expect to pick up my clothes. Needless to say I accepted the refund and initially was charged again for the order and the owner had a staff member correct the error to the error. I understand that the options for high end clothing is minimal at best in Tyler and Harley's doesn't need new clients to shop in their store. So, old money this store caters to you as your alterations can be completed within one to two days. For the rest of us willing to pay top dollar for clothing well good luck.

I looked everywhere and only saw 34". Yes I'm tall, but a lot of men like their jeans/pants long to wear over their boots. If you go to Atwood's etc, you will find quite a lot of 36" and 38" inseams in work jeans. This was a huge miss for me. I may go back and buy tall t-shirts there, but if I have to order online for pants then I'll probably just do that for shirts.

Even though it's a Citibank MasterCard, it won't link to Apple Wallet. When I tried to get assistance from corporate Dillard's, the yield was zero. Trying to get help from Citibank was equally bad. I canceled the card. Again, the store often offers high-quality items at a discount, but getting assistance from staff is a coin toss.

She remembered how, back in high school, all the girls would visit Austin in the summer and get a Tyler's shirt. Now she's a true originator with a Racquet & Jog tee. They have recently remodeled the space since the last time I was in Tyler, and it is huge now. The problem is not the shoes, but the employees. For the 3rd time in as many months I entered the store and was never even greeted, much less helped. Two female employees were at the register counter playing on their phones without any concern for those of us interested in purchasing shoes. I will not return to this location. I guess I'll buy my shoes from another company going forward.
