I can get past this but as I walked around I noticed another customer asked for help from. One of the sales ladies. Not once did the sales lady speak to the customer even when the grateful customer thanked her. I then walked up to pay for my item and a different lady behind the counter had an attitude. I paid for my garment, thanked her and walked away. Again, the Cato representative never thanked me or made any attempt to show appreciation for my business. I will not return to this location!

The last reviews posted on Yelp go back several years. I can always count on CHICO's for appropriate, classic styles that can be worn at any age (60+ for me). I feel "up to date" and stylish. The pricing has skyrocketed over the last few years, so I tend to look for the sales (smile). And why are there no comments posted since 2015??? Why? Just asking. Thanks, your consideration is greatly appreciated.

I have been going to this store for awhile for work shoes. I stopped by the other day looking for…read moresome after Christmas sales and left the first day with a purse and 3 pair of shoes. I unknowingly left my wallet on the counter. I wasn't too worried thinking it was at the house. They usually have shoes in my price range but I struck the mother load. They had slippers marked down to $5. I went back the next day and bought slippers in different sizes for gifts. I mentioned I misplaced my wallet. The employee recognized me from the day before and said she tried to catch me. Very nice and I am very grateful. Then I went on line and ordered some boots on sale off the website. I will recommend this store to everyone. Thanks Tyler Shoe Dept!

We ended up purchasing five pairs of shoes that day (getting ready for school) and I even got two pair for myself. I wear a wide width shoe and made a point to remind our cashier of that when the left shoe was asked for at checkout. (They leave only the right shoe for try on due to theft. Which I understand completely) About two days later since I was home that day with not a lot to do I decide I needed to break in my shoes. Once I put them on I knew something wasn't right. I took them off and then realized I had a right shoe in a wide width and a left shoe in a regular width. Within a few days I went back to return them, but instead of walking out with two pair, I left with one. They were out of the other pair of shoes. Which basically means someone else now owns a pair of shoes of different widths. This store is located in a mall. Being at the mall during back to school days is a major pain. One I endured not once, but twice due to having to return shoes. VERY disappointed. Especially since the pair they didn't have was my favorite. Thanks a lot Shoe Dept.

If I may make a suggestion, however, please have schools making large art supply purchases check out at the refund desk or another area. I am a retired educator who frequently purchased for my school at various venues, and almost always was directed to another checkout so I would not hold up the line for 15 or 20 minutes with paperwork, etc. That was not the case today, I'm afraid, and it was very frustrating.

I purchased some items from clearance and their signs are very misleading unless you ready the tiny fine print, which was my fault for not ready the whole thing. However, every other sale sign in the store says "% off our everyday price" and the clearance sign says "% off the marked price" aside from that, I believe it is extremely rude for employees to have an entire conversation while checking someone out. When I asked about the clearance sign both employees were very condescending. Most unpleasant visit to hobby lobby.

Decided to shop an online final clearance sale and bought a great looking pair of shorts. When they arrived, the size 6 fit like I had on a size 12! Seriously!! I tried to return the shorts to the store and was told I could not return or exchange since they were on final markdown. Frustrated, I left. I called customer service a few weeks later mainly to ask if the sale shorts online that day were true to fit. The lady told me it looked like it, though there were mixed comments. She said it sounded like the previous shorts that I bought were defective and they would let me return them. Ordered four pair (different colors), thinking can't go wrong if I get a 4 and size 6, right? WRONG. None of them fit. Suggest NOT ordering pants or shorts off of Loft sale website. You cannot return them and their sizes are WAY off! Money wasted.
