Very clean Mall both janitors with glasses were so helpful & hospitable . I had to go in restroom , I dropped my coffee accidentally on restroom counter top I believe it was a new janitor in training said it's okay I got it sir & asked if I was okay and started cleaning up the mess for me while the other shorter supervisor janitor cleaned the floor & tried to attend to me thinking I had burned my hands.Other janitors I seen before maybe close to a year & half ago were not as attentive as today and were never around and mall wasn't clean like this past year or so definitely will comeback.Thank you Janitors Ps I didn't get burnt read more

Playground by Dicks. We've been coming here for about 2 months to let our grandkids play. With all of the kids playing, it's so dirty. I don't know when or if they clean it. I've never seen anyone clean or disinfect the area at all. I wish someone would clean it for the children. read more

I love Broadway Square! A lot of the malls out in Utah have really gone downhill and I've watched store after store go out of buisness but this mall is really well run, and has a lot to offer! The Starbucks in the middle was a great addition to me because having a hot latte while you shop is a must. I love all the boutiques and small buisness stores that are housed inside the mall. A stop through this mall whenever I'm in town is a must, even if I am not purchasing anything. They are remodeling one end of the mall to have "more shops and entertainment" so right now the mall overall may seem relatively smaller than it had been, but I'm excited to see what additions will be made in the near future! read more

Great selection of from crafts to food! The store is huge you can spend hours. Large selections on most craft craze. The only down side is check out, it is slow. read more

Broadway Square Mall is a great little mall, it has a good vibe when you walk in. Most of the stores are well known, a handful are not. Very nice mall and not very big which is a big plus. Lots of stores that you would expect in a mall. I like it because it's usually not extremely crowded and I can get around and shop without too many people in my way. It is clean and has a great environment for the whole family. Good looking carts, great customer service and variety of products. I wish one day Simon will add restaurants, theatre and bowling or anyhing for fun & entertainment !! read more

Malls, these days, unless in the extremely affluent areas of the country, are mostly composed of loiterers, or grounds for BLM protesters. In my humble opinion, Broadway Square is no different than most malls these days, as probably 90% of the shoppers {cough cough, loiterers} aren't there to buy stuff, but simply to hang out, and disturb the people that ARE there to shop, and keep the economy moving (albeit slowly moving). Typically, I'm not a mall guy, and especially not a Broadway Scare (I mean Square) shopper, as there's absolutely no store in this small, dated mall, that appeals to me. But, during the Christmas season (Are we still allowed to say Christmas?), my son begged me to go, so he could shop for Mommy. Fun! My prediction: In 10 years, Broadway Scare will be a thing of the past, and a new mall will open, most likely in south Tyler. It's called demographics, and economics; neither ever lie. read more

It's a decent mall. As I have gotten older, I despise huge malls so this is good for me. I hardly go in here (2-3x in the past year), but when I do I like the fact I can go in and out. They have all the stores I usually go to do no complaints from me. read more

This mall S*U*C*K*S! My children and I were here for a college visit. We stayed the weekend to get a feel of the town, people, and culture. This mall is waaaayyyy too small compared to what we're used to. This would not have bothered me in the least because the stores are ones my kids like, but no one working in most of the stores were actually WORKING. When asked for help, I would get crazy looks. There's really nothing here for anyone over 30. Most stores had SEVERAL employees, but not one would make eye contact with you. We could walk into a store, look at several items, walk out, and not even know who was working. One girl at Agacé asked me if I needed help, but never made eye contact once. The store was a mess from ceiling to floor. The police like one corner of the mall and stayed there the entire time we were at the mall. They don't move around and keep order. There were people acting like fools all over the place and I noticed the same men separately moving around the mall for some time, but never saw them buy anything. To the the girls in Icing, please work on your approach to customers with valid questions and concerns. Know your product. The final straw was at AMERICAN EAGLE. THEY DID NOT ACCEPT A RETAILMENOT COUPON I HAD, SO THEY LOST A SALE. read more

This mall is like any other place (except restaurants) in East TX a bit small and outdated. The mall has the normal large national anchor stores Sears and Penney's that are for the most part regular size. Macy's is across Broadway in a separate shopping center. There is a few fast food vendors but no real food court anymore. A remodel was done a few years back removing the businesses located there and space was rented out to non-food related stores. This created more retail space but limited food choices as far as meals are concerned. No worries as Tyler is the city to visit in East Texas if you want restaurants they are located near this mall and very easy to find around the Broadway (Hwy. 69) and Loop 323 intersections. It appears the non-anchor stores are for the most part scaled back versions due to limited space in this mall. The anchor stores are multi-level but the rest of the mall is single story. During weekdays the mall is generally not too busy other than students from the nearby high school nearby that invade after school. No parking garage but not too bad to park in compared to DFW malls. This is the hangout for local teens in Tyler especially on the weekends and school vacations. As long as you take earlier points in this review into consideration then overall you will know what this mall offers and be happy with your visit. Many residents visit Town East Mall in Mesquite and The Galleria in Dallas. Grapevine Mills is also a good place to enjoy mega mall experiences. This mall is small but better than nothing if you find yourself near Tyler. read more

The old lady that works at Auntie Anne's is really rude. First she just hovers over the cashier as she checks people out, like someone is trying to steal from her. Then when I asked for some napkins( mind you I bought a cinnamon and sugar pretzel which is really messy) she rudely handed me one napkin. Mall is great but the ICING store is the WORST EVER. Went to get ears pierced and asked the employee working about looking at the earrings to get my ears pierced. She showed me and I selected the ones I wanted. Got up to the register and paid for them and she hands me a box with the earrings. I specifically told her I wanted my ears pierced with these. She said "No you didn't." I said I want my money back and to return these. She said," No you can't return them I can only give you store credit" ( WHICH WAS A LIE!) She refused to give my money back. Blamed the whole thing on me, argued with me, and finally told me I better leave the store. I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN STEAL YOUR MONEY! Good mall for Tyler and near tyler if your just craving to go to the mall and don't feel like going anywhere far. Yummy food! Good hours just wish they were open more on Sunday.... We'll if you have kids only thing that I dislike besides the hours is the dummy's that wear clothes sometimes have inappropriate clothes on and anybody can see him including your kids and sometimes they ask what's that mommy? I've been shopping at Broadway Square my whole entire life and I've always been pleased with it. From the outside renovations all the way to the new stores that has been introduced over the years, Broadway Square Mall has and still is a place worth shopping at. I happened to be in Tyler for business and wanted to shop. This mall is listed on Yelp; so I decided to give it a try. The stores were great and the prices were so much cheaper than Dallas that I spent almost $800. The experience was terrific except for one thing and this was the traffic. The store owners need to get with Tyler City Hall and fix this mess. I spent about one hour getting in and around this mall. The city needs a good traffic engineer and do what is necessary to get rid of this HUGE mess around this great area. The traffic problems are destroying the wonderful places. If you don't mind the big city traffic in little Tyler, Texas you will have a great time, but why does the city keep screwing up this jewel? Next time I will shop here again; if I have one hour to kill waiting to spend my money. read more

Went in there today... Just browsing like I always do... No one offered to help but there was plenty of staff around. Went to check out with Kaitlin and as I walk up she just looks at me and looks away as she's scanning my stuff, very rude customer service!!!! I complained to a girl about her and so they took her off the register and she looked like a 7 year old child throwing hangers around behind the counter!! Terrible service today! read more
