Long story short, the bras were wrong size because two weeks prior the older lady (petite, short dark hair) who measured me, didn't help me much and measured me inaccurately. She didn't come check on me and seemed awkward and bothered and a bit strange when I asked her a question and when checking out. I did not have a good experience but really needed bras so without help, just picked the ones I thought and ordered the rest. Coming back to pick up, Amanda went above and a beyond for me. After explaining my experience, she went all in and re-measured me, shopped for me, made sure the bras were fitting right (all had to be different sizes due to the style), and did all with a smile. She treated me like I was her sister or best friend and I am beyond appreciative. Amanda deserves a raise! To work in Lane Bryant, we need more Amandas.

I looked everywhere and only saw 34". Yes I'm tall, but a lot of men like their jeans/pants long to wear over their boots. If you go to Atwood's etc, you will find quite a lot of 36" and 38" inseams in work jeans. This was a huge miss for me. I may go back and buy tall t-shirts there, but if I have to order online for pants then I'll probably just do that for shirts.

Instead of a can of room spray I got an unmarked package of black, gauze-like material. I have tried calling the customer service number and get a recorded message saying that I may have dialed the wrong number, cannot complete the call. I sent them an email and 2 customer service emails from their webpage and get NO response. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
