Store itself is ok. Delivery is bad. In 4 days, I had 3 deliveries go to the WRONG house. This happens at least 1 out of 2 times. When I confronted the driver yesterday, she blamed it on GPS! The address is on the package, and on the front of my house THREE times!! When I had my heart meds delivered, I found them late in the day just tossed on my porch. They NEVER rang bell or sent text/email. Can they maybe hire drivers who know their numbers? I DELETED my online account, not sure what I'll do now, as I'm elderly and can't drive very far. read more

I stopped at Walmart yesterday with my granddaughter. We were there to get her something (yep, grandpa hooks her up with stuff,) and some groceries. Most of the time in Walmart was spent hunting through the myriad of toys. The selection of toys is large. We finally decided on Toy Bath Bombs that dissolve and have a trinket inside. We found a couple that looked good but it was fairly well picked over. Next we went to the pet department and the cat food was cheaper than anywhere else I've seen! One additional point, Walmart has really good prices on what they carry but a limited selection on most things. We left Walmart happy. I'll be buying all my pet food there from now on. read more

You can't beat the prices. I've been ordering online for groceries due to the COVID-19 pandemic (I'm in an at-risk group) and so far I haven't had any problems. A lot of things are out of stock which is irritating. I wish people would just shop normally so the supply chain can catch up. I also wish we could use Wal-Mart gift cards for groceries. I don't understand why we can't. Seems odd. read more

Ordered on line for at store pick up. Thought this would be a good way to avoid the covid19 scare. The on line ordering was simple. If something was out of stock it clearly said so on line so you know right away if what you want is available. I made my purchase, set time for pick up. Once I was at the store, clicked the link to let them know I was there that's when I was alerted that the item I ordered was now out of stock. When Kristen came out with my order I asked why I did not receive the entire order. Kristen in an unprofessional snotty tone of voice advised me if I wanted my order to be complete I should have gone inside and picked it up myself. Kristen continued to advise me they don't pick the order items until an hour or less of the pick up time. I asked why they don't pick the non perishable items soon as order is placed to ensure the on line order is complete since the on line customer has no way of knowing what items will be out of stock until it's potentially to late to cancel order. Kristen became defensive and irritated advising me that they can't just pull items for on line orders. In store customers have priority over on line. I asked again if this is the policy why doesn't it state on line that in store customers take priority. Kristen had no reply. Troy Walmart, Kristen... Rude and unprofessional. Will shop at Amazon as usual. Not venturing from what is tried and true anymore. read more
