The worker was following me and my friend, giving me dirty looks. When I asked why she was staring at us--my friend wasn't doing anything; we were just laughing and talking--she said the manager told her to watch me. I live nearby and often walk to CVS, usually just browsing. I was looking for a foundation shade and asking my friends if it matched. I looked outside and saw her staring again. This isn't the first time; every time I visit with my sister, she's always giving me dirty looks and staring. I don't know who the manager was at that moment, but it was about two hours ago. My friends and I were simply walking, browsing makeup and snacks because we were in a snacking mood. I wanted to buy foundation but felt uncomfortable because she was too close in my personal space, just enough to hear her breathing. I called her a B because my friend heard her calling us names too. I think it was the manager because she was really close. The first time we went there without my other friend, we were looking at sharpies because we wanted some, and she was just staring at us. We also walked past some snacks I've tried before, and I said they taste bad because a friend bought me one a few weeks ago. but I didn't say it directly to her. And at the time I was like just genuinely confused on why to get following us and until she cornered me me and my friends and was like the manager told me to watch you specifically and I was like oh my bad I didn't know and she was like yeah that is your bad and I swear I felt spit all over my face when she was done talking. I've used this CVS for years and thought I had reviewed it previously but... So today we got shots for the flu and corona V. We set up an appointment on line and arrived about 10 minutes early. I think we waited 2 or 3 minutes, the pharmacist came out and gave us both our shots. Easy cheesy - in and out in less than 10 min for both of us to get our shots. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, on top of what they do, prices are right. What's not to like? read more

My insurance company has CVS as their preferred provider, so we have been using them for the past few years. A few weeks ago I had a family emergency situation and I rushed to CVS 5 minutes before closing time and spoke to the pharmacist, an older gentleman, his name was possibly Michael? He took my desperate situation and calmly went out of his way to help me! I am not going to share the private details, but understand that his actions truly made a world of difference for me and my family!! Heartfelt thanks to Michael & CVS!! I had to go to Urgent Care as usual my Doctor does have time to book me in to see me. My antibiotics were called into CVS. I walk in to pick them up and they say they had ran out of my antibiotics that were prescribed. They call the Piqua CVS and they had some so I drive from Troy to Piqua thinking they would be ready to be picked up by the time I got there. No...Troy CVS did not send it to them. The Piqua CVS called Troy and said it was not sent that they would fax it. So I leave and come back. I get back to the CVS to find again the TROY CVS had failed again to send it. Unbelievable... The pharmacist called Troy CVS and the third time I got my prescription. It took an hour n a half at doctors office and three hours to get my prescription filled. Walgreens will take care of my prescriptions now. read more
