I do like that they put a self checkout station in so you never have to wait for a cashier. The only thing I don't love about this CVS is their automated texting and calling system is often messed up. I have gotten multiple calls and texts letting me know that my photo order is ready even though I haven't placed any orders in months. I have stopped in a few times just to check and they always say that is sometimes just sends a mass update to anyone in the system. On the flip side, I have had to wait multiple days because they are suppose to text me when a prescription is ready and I haven't gotten anything. I go in after a few days and they say yea it is ready. It's nothing more than a hassle, but can still get a little confusing and frustrating.

Mike and his team worked to get the necessary medical information from my primary care physician who wrote the Rx for the walker. The process is kind of ridiculous (not on behalf of the pharmacy, but insurance... a prescription from my primary care doctor wasn't enough, UHC wanted medical "evidence"). In the end, UHC didn't cover this, but the pharmacy gave me back the Rx and medical records they'd obtained so I could go to another pharmacy that insurance would accept. I told him I had gone to see an osteopath and he was said "so what did he do to fix it?!?" You don't know what he did?!? You're still in pain right?!? So what did he do to fix it?? I was able to visit weekly and always was greeted with smiles and love and total care and compassion for my father. The staff was also extremely friendly and kind and compassionate in the care they provided to my father. My fathers journey went from mobile with a walker to mostly chair bound and then bed bound. The meals provided were great, he was always clean and cared for. My Dad was extremely happy to be a resident at Countryside Living & Elderly Home Care. I had already made two trips due to their limited office hours. I also was suppose to get a gel injection. They don't want to go through insurance they want you to fill out a form and a unknown company will call you request your credit card information. Once paid they will send the medicine to the office. You then have to make another appointment each of which cost you more money. If you have money to burn then you should go to this office. After 3 weeks attempting to get medical care from this office I decided to go somewhere else who values their patience.
