They can't get my specific type of medication until they have my prescription. Once they get my script they're supposed to order in my particular medication. However 4 times out of 6 they have not gotten this correct. Simultaneously they wait a day or 2 BEFORE ordering it then it doesn't get here until I am out of medication. It is difficult to live without this type of medication as well. So there are many issues I am having with THIS Pharmacy specifically. Additionally I have to drive 40 minutes just to get here & for it to be incorrect. Ridiculous. If I did not have to use CVS I surely would never come back to CVS ever again. They charge $41 to pick up anything average because the hospitals used in doctors office of blood banks and everything for pick up and delivery and I said sure. Yes we'll go pick up your wheelchair and we'll deliver it to you right where you're at and I tell you what I had people shaking my hands and wish me good luck and I said I'm checking myself out in a wheelchair and my Uber drivers are gonna be here before 8 o'clock to pick me up and I'll be ready to go. I'm gonna get myself but I have my assistant. Her name was a wonderful person and she came in like five minutes after I woke up I said would you go find my wheelchair it was supposed to be delivered in my room and it's not. I said go find it because I have. I'm going home. She's no I said yes because I'm tired of waiting every morning for five hours for my gabapentin medication for my pain in my legs and I can't take it anymore and they haven't even got me out of bed to rehab to help me wall so I had so much water retention on my feet. A few things in particular that I like: 1. The pet department aisle is pretty good. I have two cats and they have The World's Greatest Kitty Litter which I prefer because it's natural and my cats seem to like it. They also have a variety of wet and dry food, cat treats, toys, and even bedding. 2. The deli area is pretty decent with a wide variety of cheeses and meats. They also carry the Home Chef brand of dinner meals which are really good. 3. Drink aisles have a wide variety of sodas, water and bottled drinks. 4. There are some small appliances such as coffee makers, and cookware. They even have K-cup brewers and Keurig's K-cup coffee maker cleaner. 5. There's a wide selection of greeting cards and gift cards. 6. Frozen food aisles, dairy area and even bakery area are pretty decent. 7. There's a seasonal area that usually has a variety of sweet treats around Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Easter. The things I don't like about this Kroger's is: 1. Items aren't always fully stocked. The Home Chef meals I mentioned earlier run out pretty quickly, especially if you go on the weekend in the afternoon. Some bottled water options also run out quickly. I don't know if they keep things in stock in the back, but this seems to be a reoccurring event at least from my experience. 2. Sometimes they have employees stocking items at the busiest time of day. This can get a bit annoying trying to get around employees, with their big stocking carts, especially while you're shopping. And it's not just one aisle but can be many aisles simultaneously. 3. This is at a very busy intersection and can be somewhat challenging to get into especially after 3:00 pm. I go in via Feedwire Road. Getting out is more challenging. It's just a very busy area with cars zooming in and out. Sometimes I'll cut through the adjacent Costco parking area to get around traffic. 4. They could do a better job in opening more self checkout lines and even regular checkout lines especially during peak hours. Overall, it is a nice store with a variety of items and they do seem to have most things most customers would need. There's also a wide selection of wine, if that's your thing, and a small bar like area where you can have a drink. Sometimes the bar area will even have musical entertainment. It's comparable, to some degree, to a Meijers but without the clothing, electronics, or shoe departments. They also have a pharmacy and Starbucks coffee but I have not used either. I've been to the Krogers off of East Dorothy and Stroop and it is the best out of the three. I give this Kroger's store a solid three stars.

People just kept coming. Next time I make a appointment or come to pharmacy I will not be going at 2pm. I will make it later in the day so it will not be so busy! However the staff was pleasant and quick dealing with all the customers. The isles are wide easy to find items. My shot was scheduled at 2:15pm but I did not get it till 2:32pm. That is one thing I hate is waiting for appointments. Doctors never want us late to a appointment but somehow it always seems the customer has to wait on them! However the wait could have been much worse.
