"We are going to hire someone to answer the phone." let that sink in. They bought a going concern and did not think that answering the phone was important. When I complained, they were rude. One of two things is possiblepossible: they bought a going concern without adequately assessing the needs of the company in which case the new management is incompetentincompetent, or they knew the needs of the company they bought and ignored those needs, in which case they are toxically incompetent. I've changed pharmacies. It's a lot farther to drive, but service is better. 0 out of 5, but only because negative numbers are outside the range of allowable numbers.

When I approached the counter, the cashier--Susan--did not greet me. It almost felt like that she was annoyed having to help me. I let her know I was there to pick up photos, and she simply asked, "Last name?" I provided my hyphenated last name and explained that it might be listed under both parts to avoid confusion. She was dismissive and repeatedly told me she didn't want my first name, even though I had clearly stated that it was a hyphenated last name. She eventually handed me part of my order. When I mentioned there should also be a large print included, she rolled her eyes before retrieving it. The whole interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. To be honest, I think I'll be avoiding this location in the future.
