Team members are consistently friendly and helpful, especially in the self-checkout area. The meat department is well stocked, and the expanded seafood section is a noticeable upgrade with a much better selection than before. Prices are competitive, and there are always plenty of sale items throughout the store. I have no business or need to go there, except for one reason; my sister can only find a particular sensitive skin cleanser that she insists on for her children through them and because she does not want to pay shipping charges. So being the kind person that I am, once a year, I go to Hocks to pick up a years supply of this cleanser for her. She makes all the arrangements, I just do as I am told.
