Horrible pharmacy. Rude, ignorant, useless, unprofessional, and unorganized staff.The pharmacy itself is wreck, boxes of medications everywhere. My daughter had a prescription sent there (for a pretty important medication) I went there 4 HOURS after the prescription was sent only to be told by the completely unprofessional and useless tech that they didnt have the medication and MAYBE they would have it Monday (its friday). When I asked if another Meijer might have it i was told "I mean, you can call and check." Are you kidding me?!! I'd have loved to do so... 4 HOURS AGO. Absolutely useless. Running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off while ignoring patients and pretending to work, because judging by the look of the place, no one is actually doing anything. I think Ill head way south of Dayton for my prescriptions from now on. read more

Waited 17 mins 9:17 am before anyone came to the window. Still has never called Dr after several months to get missing prescriptions. Moving on and over them. To disorganized. Clearly there are serious problems at this location. read more

My family went to Meijer Pharmacy for our flu shot and Covid-19 shot. We signed up on line. Went to the appointment 15 minutes before. Stood in line for 10 minutes while no one came to the window. There were about 7+ people working in the pharmacy but no one came to the window. Most of them looked at the line and ignored us. Then we get to the window and found out we were at the wrong window. So then we went to the correct window and waited another 5 minutes when there 3 people working behind the window. They were so close to the window I could have touched them but no one said a word to us. A pharmacist asked us if we had been waited on and I told him no and that we had an appointment. He helped us and told them to wait on us. They said they couldn't find us in the system. I pulled up the email confirmation, then he handed us the form to complete. We completed it and then waited another 5 minutes while he ignored us. Then we had to go sit and wait another 10 minutes. We were finally seen 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time!! read more

Horrible service from Pharmacy staff, and Pharmacist. Rude from the moment they answer the phone. Pharmacist immediately backs up everything said by staff, even when they have only heard staffs POV. No courtesy, apologies, nothing. Rude nearly every visit. IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS, use them. Not worth having to wait 6 to 24 or more hours for a refill. read more

I was turned away at Meijer Pharmacy Englewood Ohio by the blad male pharmacist for my Covid 19 booster. I had made appointments for my friend, my husband and myself to get J&J Boosters on 1-5, 1-6 and 1-7. They both got their boosters with no issue but I was refused by the pharmacist who seemed to have an alternative agenda. I don't know if they make more money off of the other boosters but someone willing to get the shot to protect themselves and others should not be turned away for any reason especially $$$$. I would like to be contacted to discuss this further to prevent anyone else from being refused the booster shot they choose and made appointments for because of the the pharmacist personal agenda. read more

This is a very friendly pharmacy. They are always quick and accurate. If you have questions about your medicine they will answer it for you. They also offer many many vaccines if you need them. They have dependable hours and prices are very reasonable. read more

I have had good success at Meijers for the most part. Their phone RX renewal service is easy to use and less complicated than Kroger or Walgreens. I do not like Meijers drive up RX area. It is difficult to get to and much like a child toy. Meijers needs to come into the twentieth century and update the drive-thru and make it less complicated to get the RX from the drive-thru. Most of the time they have what I need not like other pharmacies. The people are friendly and try to help as best they can. read more

Ugh this pharmacy is a joke. I had been going here for a while until they only gave me 1/3 of a prescription recently, I didn't notice until I got home, had to call and spent 20 mins of the phone explaining the situation, and they told me they could fill it correctly. I drive back to pick it up and THEN they tell me they can't fill it again because they don't have it in stock... And I'll have to come back the next day, seriously?? Three trips for one prescription?? This type of scenario seems to happen with every prescription I fill here, needless to say I think it's time to find a new pharmacy. read more

I was reluctant to switch from Meijer on Wilmington Pike to Meijer N. Main, but they are great. No problems at all, and they are very patient with me when I don't remember exactly how their card machine works. I had to make 2 changes in one day for 2 scripts, and they were prompt and very courteous about it. read more
