My daughter had a prescription sent there (for a pretty important medication) I went there 4 HOURS after the prescription was sent only to be told by the completely unprofessional and useless tech that they didnt have the medication and MAYBE they would have it Monday (its friday). When I asked if another Meijer might have it i was told "I mean, you can call and check." Are you kidding me?!! I'd have loved to do so... 4 HOURS AGO. Absolutely useless. Running around like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off while ignoring patients and pretending to work, because judging by the look of the place, no one is actually doing anything. I think Ill head way south of Dayton for my prescriptions from now on.

She's fairly new and I've seen her a couple times. She thanked me for being so consistently kind each time I come through the line. It's nice to know I make a small piece of someone's day better. Mike and his team worked to get the necessary medical information from my primary care physician who wrote the Rx for the walker. The process is kind of ridiculous (not on behalf of the pharmacy, but insurance... a prescription from my primary care doctor wasn't enough, UHC wanted medical "evidence"). In the end, UHC didn't cover this, but the pharmacy gave me back the Rx and medical records they'd obtained so I could go to another pharmacy that insurance would accept. Friendly, professional local place that I'd highly recommend!

I have to say the Tech's are outstanding, the Pharmacist is a moron and has no knowledge of her job. I can't even count how many times I have gone through or called and a Tech will tell me a prescription will be ready to fill the next day and I call the next day and the Pharmacist tells me that, either there is no prescription or it's not ready. I have on many of these exchanges spoken with a pharmacy Tech and the order is found and filled with no issue, I don't know why it's such a hassle every time. I'm just going to switch to Meijer. Its no wonder they have started closing at 7:00pm gone for lunch 1:30-2:30, and they are completely closed every Saturday and Sunday. My doctor made adjustments in the dates so I could have my medication when I need it. I am a recent amputee, wouldn't you think they would follow my doctors instructions on the prescription, he is the doctor, he knows that I need the medication.
